1. Role Description
2. Supervise the logistics team and monitor trucks from loading through final delivery and unloading.
3. Ensure carriers comply with truck sealing procedures to prevent tampering and maintain a 100% sealing compliance rate.
4. Ensure the operational readiness, safety, and security of trucks and fuel tankers through regular inspections.
5. Monitor transportation schedules and trip plans to minimize delays.
6. Schedule all daily fuel transportation activities based on operational system requirements.
7. Ensure the availability and readiness of internal fleet vehicles and confirm receiving sites are prepared for deliveries.
8. Prioritize the use of Darb's fleet and engage third-party carriers only when internal vehicles are unavailable, under maintenance, or when servicing remote locations.
9. Monitor each vehicle in real time and document loading, departure, arrival, and delivery times.
10. Execute transportation activities based on approved electronic transport orders, including load details, origin, destination, and assigned driver.
11. Track all trips in real time using GPS and the Wathiq platform, monitoring departures, arrivals, routes, and stops in accordance with company procedures.
12. Redirect shipments during emergencies, within delegated authority, to prevent operational disruptions.
13. Conduct periodic inspections of tractors and tankers to ensure compliance with fuel loss prevention standards.
14. Review daily transportation reports, analyze delays, deficiencies, and recurring issues, and implement corrective actions.
15. Prepare logistics performance reports, evaluate carrier performance, and submit findings to management.
16. Ensure timely delivery of fuel and materials to stations and requesting departments.
17. Manage and coordinate import logistics operations.
18. Evaluate the feasibility of new station locations, submit recommendations to senior management, strengthen security coverage for fuel transportation, and conduct strategic field visits.
19. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements issued by transportation authorities, traffic authorities, Saudi Aramco, and Civil Defense.
20. Oversee preventive maintenance programs and comprehensive technical inspections for trucks and fuel tankers.
21. Develop, qualify, and manage transportation service providers and logistics vendors.
22. Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager that are related to the nature of the role.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CSCP, CLTD, CILT, or PMP.
