‏⁦A luxury resort is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Arcade Attendant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and provide an outstanding customer experience.

Assist guests with selecting, booking, and operating arcade games.

Explain game rules and ensure guests enjoy a safe and fun experience.

Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the arcade area.

Ensure all gaming equipment is operating properly and report any maintenance issues.

Handle guest inquiries professionally and courteously.

Support daily arcade operations while maintaining the resort's high service standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, entertainment, or a similar role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude with a passion for guest service.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
