مدير برنامج قيادة المركبات في المدرج (Wing Airfield Driving Program Manager) في شركة Amentum، الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. يتولى تطوير ومراجعة والحفاظ على برنامج قيادة المركبات في المدرج لضمان التشغيل الآمن للمركبات والطائرات وحركة المشاة في بيئة المدرج وفقًا لـ DAFI 13-213 (Airfield Driving). يُنسق مع القيادة العليا ووكالات الدعم لضمان تنفيذ البرنامج بفعالية، ويوفر التدريب الأولي والمستمر لسائقي المدرج، ويُبلغ عن انتهاكات منطقة الحركة الخاضعة للرقابة وغيرها من الأحداث المهمة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • العمل كمُدير برنامج قيادة المركبات في المدرج المُعيّن من الجناح، المسؤول عن دورة الحياة الكاملة للبرنامج.
  • تطوير وصيانة وتحديث تعليمات قيادة المركبات في المدرج (ADI) للجناح، ومواد التدريب والاختبار، وإجراءات التشغيل المحلية.
  • تدريب مُديري برنامج قيادة المركبات في المدرج على مستوى الوحدات (ADPMs) واعتمادهم لإدارة واختبار وتدريب الأفراد المُعينين في وحدتهم.
  • إجراء التدريب الأولي والمستمر والعلاجي على قيادة المركبات في المدرج، بما في ذلك التعليم في الفصول الدراسية والتقييمات العملية وتقييمات الكفاءة.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات البرنامج وسجلات التدريب وتقارير المخالفات ووثائق الاعتماد وفقًا لمتطلبات وزارة الدفاع والقوات الجوية الأمريكية.
  • إدارة إصدار وتتبع وإلغاء رخص قيادة المركبات في المدرج، مع ضمان الامتثال لـ DAFI 13-213 والتوجيهات المحلية.
  • الإشراف على برنامج الوقاية من الاقتحام على المدرج (Runway Incursion Prevention)، بما في ذلك تحليل الاتجاهات والإجراءات التصحيحية والتنسيق مع سلامة الجناح.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الحصول على مستوى مهارة 7* من مؤسسة وزارة الدفاع المعتمدة أو ما يعادله مدنياً.
  • توثيق المعرفة أو الخبرة بإجراءات منظمة الطيران المدني الدولي (ICAO).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن عام واحد في تنفيذ إجراءات سلامة المدرج وإنشاء وتيسير برنامج سائقي خط الطيران في المدرج.
  • القدرة على التنسيق مع سلامة الجناح وإدارة المدرج وعمليات المدرج والوحدات المستأجرة.
  • مهارات قوية في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي لتوثيق البرنامج والإحاطات والإبلاغ عن الحوادث.
  • الإلمام بعمليات المدرج والمصطلحات اللاسلكية لمراقبة الحركة الجوية وإدارة مخاطر المدرج وبرامج سلامة المدرج.
  • القدرة على الحصول/الحفاظ على تصريح أمني سري أمريكي (ملاحظة: الجنسية الأمريكية مطلوبة للحصول على التصريح والحفاظ عليه).

Description: The WADPM shall develop, revise, and maintain an airfield driving program to ensure the safe operations of vehicles, aircraft, and pedestrian movement on and around the airfield environment IAW DAFI 13-213, Airfield Driving. The WADPM shall solicit help from base senior leadership and other various base support agencies to ensure the program is effectively implemented and managed. The WADPM shall provide all initial and recurring airfield drivers’ training for all unit level Airfield Driving Program Manager (ADPMs) and all airfield drivers. The WADPM will ensure reporting of Controlled Movement Area Violations and other significant events in Amentum’s MIS system, to appropriate Wing leadership, and as required in DAFMAN 13-204 and DAFI 13-213. The WADPM will conduct spot checks to enforce and monitor compliance with airfield driving procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have a *7-skill level from an approved DoD institution or civilian equivalent.
  • Have documented knowledge or experience with ICAO procedures. Have a minimum of 1 year experience implementing airfield safety procedures and generating and facilitating airfield flight line drivers program.
  • Ability to coordinate with Wing Safety, Airfield Management, Airfield Operations, and tenant units.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for program documentation, briefings, and incident reporting.
  • Familiarity with airfield operations, ATC radio phraseology, airfield risk management, and airfield safety programs.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a US Secret Clearance (Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain/maintain the clearance)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Wing’s designated Airfield Driving Program Manager, responsible for the full lifecycle of the Airfield Driving Program.
  • Develop, maintain, and update the Wing Airfield Driving Instruction (ADI), training and testing materials, and local operating procedures.
  • Train unit ADPMs and certify them to administer, test and train personnel assigned to their unit.
  • Conduct initial, recurring, and remedial airfield driving training, including classroom instruction, practical evaluations and competency assessments.
  • Maintain program records, training logs, violation reports, and certification documentation in accordance with DoD and USAF requirements
  • Manage the issuance, tracking, and revocation of Airfield Driving Licenses, ensuring compliance with DAFI 13-213 and local directives.
  • Oversee the Runway Incursion Prevention Program, including trend analysis, corrective actions, and coordination with Wing Safety
  • Lead investigations for airfield driving violations, runway incursions, and safety incidents; develop corrective action plans and report findings to Airfield Management leadership.
  • Conduct program audits of individual unit programs, spot checks, and unit compliance inspections to ensure adherence to airfield driving standards.
  • Provide recurring briefings to Wing leadership on program status, compliance issues, and risk mitigation measures.
