تعلن دار Cartier، إحدى أبرز العلامات التجارية الفاخرة في العالم، عن فرصة عمل لشغل منصب نائب مدير البوتيك (Deputy Boutique Manager) في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيعمل المرشح المثالي كشريك استراتيجي لمدير البوتيك لتعزيز العمليات والأداء، وقيادة فريق عالي الأداء، وضمان تجربة عملاء استثنائية تتماشى مع معايير الدار.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وتطوير فريق البوتيك مع التركيز على الأداء والاندماج والمشاركة
- الإشراف على عمليات المبيعات وضمان تجربة عملاء استثنائية وفقاً لمعايير Cartier
- المساهمة في تحديد وتنفيذ استراتيجيات البوتيك والأنشطة الترويجية
- العمل كذراع أيمن لمدير البوتيك ودعم جميع جوانب العمليات في غيابه
- إدارة الفريق وتطوير الأفراد: توجيه وتدريب فريق متنوع وعالي الأداء، وتحديد أهداف فردية تتوافق مع أهداف البوتيك، وإجراء تقييمات أداء دورية، وتعزيز ثقافة عمل شاملة
- تجربة العملاء وأداء المبيعات: تحديد وتنفيذ استراتيجية تجربة عملاء خاصة بالبوتيك لتعزيز الولاء وصورة العلامة التجارية، ودفع عمليات المبيعات عبر تحديد الأهداف ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء، وإشراك الفريق بأدوات إدارة علاقات العملاء والإشراف على برامج الولاء وإجراءات CRM
- استراتيجية البوتيك والعمليات: المشاركة في تحديد استراتيجية البوتيك مع مدير البوتيك وتنفيذ خطط العمل التشغيلية، وقيادة الأنشطة والإبداعات داخل المتجر التي تعكس تميز Cartier، وضمان الامتثال لجميع إجراءات الدار وتمثيل البوتيك أمام الجهات الداخلية والخارجية
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5-7 سنوات في مجال التجزئة الفاخرة أو في دور قيادي يركز على خدمة العملاء
- خلفية قوية في قيادة الفرق وخدمة العملاء وعمليات البوتيك
- الحصول على درجة علمية في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة التجزئة أو مجال ذي صلة
- عقلية استباقية وريادية مع إبداع قوي
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وإدارة الأداء
- خبرة في التعامل مع عملاء VIP وعملاء التجزئة الفاخرة الراقية

As a Deputy Boutique Manager, you will partner closely with the Boutique Manager to elevate boutique operations and performance. - Oversee sales operations and ensure exceptional client experience aligned with the Cartier standards,
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of boutique strategies and activations,
- Act as the right hand of the Boutique Manager and support all aspects of operations in their absence.
- Lead, coach and grow a diverse and high-performing team.
- Define individual objectives aligned with boutique goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster an inclusive work culture and act as a role model in all aspects of team engagement.
- Client Experience & Sales Performance
- Define and implement a boutique-specific client experience strategy to strengthen loyalty and brand perception.
- Drive sales operations by setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Engage the team with clientelling tools and oversee loyalty programs and CRM actions.
- Co-define boutique strategy with the Boutique Manager and execute operational action plans.
- Lead creative in-store animations and activations that reflect Cartier’s singularity.
- Ensure compliance with all Maison procedures and represent the boutique across internal and external stakeholders.
- You have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in luxury retail or a customer-centric leadership role.
- You bring a strong background in team leadership, client service, and boutique operations.
- You hold a degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with strong creativity.
- Strong analytical and performance management skills.
- Experience working with VIP clients and high-end luxury clientele.
- Ability to lead with empathy, communicate effectively, and drive results.
- A natural leader who inspires, motivates and unites teams around a shared vision.
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to handle shifting priorities with grace.
- Confident in handling confidential matters and working under pressure.
