نستله ووترز (Nestlé Waters) هي الرائدة عالمياً في المياه المعبأة، وتنتج بفخر منتجات المنهل (Al Manhal) ونستله بيور لايف (Nestlé Pure Life) في المملكة العربية السعودية. نبحث عن محصل مهتم بالتفاصيل وموجه نحو العملاء للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الرياض. يلعب هذا الدور دوراً حاسماً في ضمان التحصيل الدقيق وفي الوقت المناسب مع الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء عبر القنوات المؤسسية والتعليمية والفندقية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة عمليات التحصيل والمستحقات من البداية إلى النهاية لعملاء قطاع الأعمال المخصصين، وضمان الدفع في الوقت المحدد وتسوية الحسابات.
  • إجراء زيارات ميدانية يومية وتفاعلات مباشرة مع العملاء لمتابعة الأرصدة المستحقة، ومعالجة مشكلات الفواتير، وتعزيز العلاقات.
  • التعاون الوثيق مع الفرق الداخلية (المالية، المبيعات، وخدمة العملاء) لضمان دقة الفواتير ومعالجة المدفوعات.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دفع العملاء، حدود الائتمان، وسجلات الحسابات المحدثة.
  • تحليل تقارير التقادم، وتحديد المخاطر، والتعامل بشكل استباقي مع العملاء لتخفيف الأرصدة المتأخرة.
  • تقديم توقعات أسبوعية دقيقة للتحصيل وتحديثات الحالة للإدارة.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمدونة قواعد السلوك الخاصة بنستله.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في إدارة الأعمال، المحاسبة، أو المالية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التحصيل، حسابات القبض، أو خدمة العملاء، ويفضل في صناعات السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة التداول (FMCG) أو التوزيع.
  • رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية المفعول.

  • مهارات قوية في التواصل، التفاوض، وحل المشكلات.

Position Summary

  • Nestlé Waters is the global leader in bottled water, proudly producing Al Manhal and Nestlé Pure Life in Saudi Arabia.
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Collector - B2B to join our Riyadh team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate and timely collections while maintaining strong customer relationships across corporate, institutional, and HORECA channels.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Manage end-to-end collection and receivables processes for assigned B2B customers, ensuring timely payments and account reconciliation.
  • Conduct daily field visits and direct interactions with customers to follow up on outstanding balances, address billing issues, and strengthen relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Finance, Sales, and Customer Service) to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing.
  • Maintain customer payment histories, credit limits, and updated account records.
  • Analyze aging reports, identify risks, and proactively engage with customers to mitigate overdue balances.
  • Provide accurate weekly collection forecasts and status updates to management.
  • Ensure compliance with Nestlé’s Code of Business Conduct.

What Will Make You Successful…

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service, preferably in FMCG or distribution industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English.
  • Valid Saudi Driving License required.
