Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications, APIs, and backend services using .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, and Python.
• Build and implement automation solutions, system tools, and scripts to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain digital platforms including employee portals, customer portals, websites, and internal business applications.
• Create scalable and sustainable web applications following best practices, clean coding standards, and design patterns.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product Owners, Business Units, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and system enhancements.
• Integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs.
• Refactor legacy applications and contribute to modernization initiatives, including microservices adoption.
• Ensure application security, performance optimization, monitoring, logging, exception handling, and reliability.
• Conduct quality assurance activities, security testing, usability testing, and deployment preparation.
• Manage application enhancements, change requests, releases, and production support activities.
• Develop reporting capabilities through automation, standardization, and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze user feedback, system performance, and operational data to enhance user experience and business outcomes.
• Identify system weaknesses and implement corrective actions and continuous improvements.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews and technical guidance.

Academic Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Professional Certificate:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
• Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
• AWS Certified Developer - Associate
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate
• Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
• Docker Certified Associate (DCA)
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM/PSM)
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• CompTIA Security+
• Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (Preferred)
• Relevant certifications in Software Development, DevOps, Cloud Computing, Automation, or Digital Enablement are highly desirable.

• 5+ years in relevant experience.
