شركة فلاي أكيد (FlyAkeed)، منصة حجز السفر والطيران الرقمية في الرياض، تبحث عن أخصائي إعداد العملاء (Onboarding Associate) لإدارة رحلة تأهيل العملاء بدءاً من توقيع العقد حتى انطلاق الخدمة، وضمان تجربة تنفيذ سلسة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة عملية تأهيل العملاء بشكل كامل من البداية حتى مرحلة Go Live.
- قيادة اجتماعات بدء المشروع والتأهيل مع العملاء.
- فهم متطلبات العملاء والتنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية لتنفيذها.
- تتبع تقدم التأهيل وضمان تحقيق المعالم والمواعيد النهائية.
- إدارة مشاريع تأهيل متعددة في وقت واحد مع ترتيب الأولويات بفعالية.
- بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء وتقديم الدعم المناسب طوال رحلة التأهيل.
- مراقبة ومتابعة وضمان إنجاز جميع مهام التأهيل في الوقت المحدد.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للتأهيل وتقديم تحديثات دورية عن الحالة.
- تحديد فرص تحسين عمليات التأهيل وتعزيز تجربة العملاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو نظم المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في تأهيل العملاء أو نجاح العملاء أو أي دور مشابه يتعامل مباشرة مع العملاء.
- خبرة في العمل المباشر مع العملاء خلال عملية تنفيذ الخدمة.
- قدرة قوية على قيادة اجتماعات تأهيل العملاء وإدارة علاقات العملاء.
- مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة مع القدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
- اهتمام شديد بالتفاصيل والمتابعة الدقيقة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل اللفظي والكتابي باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- إتقان استخدام برنامج Microsoft Excel وأدوات إدارة المهام/المشاريع.

Job Summary
The Onboarding Associate is responsible for managing the customer onboarding journey from contract signing through Go Live, ensuring a smooth implementation experience. This role works closely with customers and internal teams to coordinate onboarding activities, track progress, and ensure all requirements are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process through Go Live
- Lead onboarding and project kickoff meetings with customers
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate implementation with internal teams
- Track onboarding progress and ensure milestones and deadlines are met
- Manage multiple customer onboarding projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide timely support throughout the onboarding journey
- Monitor, follow up, and ensure all onboarding tasks are completed on schedule
- Maintain accurate onboarding records and provide regular status updates
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and enhance the customer experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Onboarding, Customer Success, or a similar customer-facing role
- Experience working directly with customers throughout the service implementation process
- Strong ability to lead customer onboarding meetings and manage customer relationships
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and task/project management tools
