شركة KBR, Inc. تبحث عن فني معدات دوارة - المستوى الثالث (Rotating Technician III) للعمل في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية، للمساهمة في صيانة المعدات الدوارة وتركيبها وإصلاحها وفق المعايير المطلوبة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • توزيع أنشطة الصيانة على مختلف الفنيين وتجميع الفريق.
  • الإشراف على جميع الأعمال الجارية وتحديث رئيس العمال بآخر التطورات.
  • تنظيم الموارد البشرية والمعدات ومدى توفر المواد.
  • ترتيب تصاريح العمل اللازمة قبل بدء العمل.
  • تقديم المشورة الفنية للفنيين لاستخدام الأدوات والمعدات المناسبة.
  • التنسيق مع أقسام العمليات وتخطيط الصيانة والأقسام الفنية لتنفيذ المهام وإنجازها.
  • ضمان الحفاظ على إدخال بيانات SAP وسجل الصيانة والساعات الفعلية.
  • حضور اجتماعات متابعة الصيانة اليومية والأسبوعية.
  • الالتزام الصارم بمعايير وتوجيهات شركة ساتورب (SATORP).
  • ضمان الامتثال لممارسات العمل الآمنة ولوائح العمل الخطرة واستخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية وفقاً لمعايير ساتورب.
  • تشجيع الإبلاغ عن الحوادث الوشيكة والظروف والممارسات غير الآمنة.
  • المشاركة في عمليات التدقيق المتعلقة بالسلامة.
  • حضور التدريبات المقررة في مجالي السلامة والفنية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 2-4 سنوات في صيانة قطاع النفط والغاز (Oil & Gas).
  • درجة دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في تخصص ذي صلة.
  • فهم تقني قوي لإدارة صيانة مرافق النفط والغاز.
  • منظم واستباقي ويمتلك مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
  • مهارات قيادية مثبتة في مؤسسات كبيرة.
  • نضج في اتخاذ القرارات تحت الضغط والقدرة على حل المشكلات.
  • مهارات إدارة استراتيجية.
  • القدرة على تحقيق نتائج الأعمال في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.

KBR is looking for ROTATING TECHNICIAN III who Maintains Rotating equipment’s in good condition. Carryout installation, Maintenance and Repair of Rotating equipment’s and Mechanical systems to required standards.

Responsibilities

  • Allocate maintenance activities to various Technicians and assemble the team.
  • Supervise all ongoing jobs and update the progress to Foreman.
  • Organize manpower resources, equipment’s and materials availability.
  • Arrange necessary work permits before starting of work.
  • Provide technical advice to Technicians to use proper tools and equipment’s.
  • Co-ordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments to execute and complete the job.
  • Ensure that SAP data input, history and actual hours are maintained.
  • Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
  • Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.
  • Ensure the compliance of safe work practices, hazardous work regulations and PPE usage according to SATORP standards.
  • Encourage reporting of Near miss, unsafe conditions and acts.
  • Participates in Safety audits.
  • Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma/Bachelors.
  • Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities
  • Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills with large organizations
  • Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
  • Strategic management skills
  • An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
