Product Manager:

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of our products. You will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver products that solve customer problems and drive business growth. Product managers typically own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization while balancing customer needs with business objectives

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Gather and prioritize customer, market, and business requirements.
• Analyze product performance using KPIs and customer feedback.
• Coordinate product launches with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Engage with customers to understand pain points and validate product ideas.
• Drive continuous product improvements using data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or a related role.
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
