تعلن شركة Raytheon السعودية، إحدى شركات RTX الرائدة عالمياً في مجال الفضاء والدفاع، عن توفر وظيفة Associate Director - Contracts في الرياض. سيتولى هذا الدور قيادة الأنشطة التعاقدية والتجارية عبر برامج الشركة في المملكة، والعمل كشريك استراتيجي للإدارة العليا والعملاء الحكوميين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- توفير القيادة والإشراف على أنشطة العقود والتجارة عبر برامج ومبادرات Raytheon السعودية.
- إدارة دورة حياة العقود بما في ذلك التفاوض والمراجعة والإدارة والتعديلات والامتثال.
- الشراكة مع قادة البرامج والأعمال فيما يتعلق بالمخاطر التعاقدية والعروض ومراجعات الأسعار والقرارات التجارية.
- العمل كواجهة رئيسية مع أصحاب المصلحة في وزارة الدفاع السعودية والجهات الحكومية والشركاء الاستراتيجيين.
- قيادة إدارة المراسلات مع العملاء وضمان التواصل الفعال مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين.
- دفع الامتثال لسياسات RTX ومتطلبات العملاء واللوائح المعمول بها.
- دعم عمليات الحوكمة والتدقيق وإدارة المخاطر ومبادرات التحسين المستمر.
- قيادة خدمات الترجمة التي تدعم المتطلبات التعاقدية والتقنية والتجارية.
- دعم التوطين والمشاركة الصناعية ومبادرات النمو الاستراتيجي والعمليات التجارية.
- تطوير وقيادة فريق عالي الأداء في العقود والترجمة عبر الرياض وجدة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو مؤهل مهني معادل مع 12 عاماً من الخبرة في العقود أو الإدارة التجارية أو القانون أو الامتثال أو دعم البرامج.
- خبرة في دعم صناعات الدفاع أو الطيران أو الحكومة أو القطاعات شديدة التنظيم.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة العقود المعقدة والتفاوض واتفاقيات العملاء.
- خبرة في التعامل مع العملاء الحكوميين وكبار أصحاب المصلحة.
- خبرة قيادية مثبتة في تطوير وتوجيه الفرق.
- مهارات قوية في التفاوض والتواصل وإدارة العلاقات.
- القدرة على إدارة الأولويات المتنافسة في بيئة دولية ديناميكية.
- فطنة تجارية قوية مع خبرة في دعم الربحية وإدارة المخاطر وتحقيق أهداف التحصيل النقدي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مؤهل مهني في العقود أو القانون أو الإدارة التجارية أو المالية أو الأعمال.
- خبرة في العمل في السعودية أو الشرق الأوسط.
- معرفة بعمليات المشتريات الحكومية السعودية والبيئة التنظيمية.
- خبرة في دعم برامج الدفاع أو المبيعات العسكرية الخارجية (FMS) أو العقود الحكومية.
- خبرة في التوطين أو المشاركة الصناعية أو الشراكات الاستراتيجية.
- خبرة في قيادة وظائف الحوكمة أو الامتثال أو الترجمة.

What You Will Do:
- Provide leadership and oversight of contracts and commercial activities across RSA programs and pursuits.
- Manage contract lifecycle activities, including negotiation, review, administration, amendments, and compliance.
- Partner with program and business leaders on contractual risks, proposals, pricing reviews, and business decisions.
- Serve as a key interface with Saudi Ministry of Defense stakeholders, government entities, and strategic partners.
- Lead customer correspondence management and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive compliance with RTX policies, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Support governance processes, audits, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead translation services supporting contractual, technical, and business requirements.
- Support localization, industrial participation, strategic growth initiatives, and business operations.
- Develop and lead a high-performing Contracts and Translation team across Riyadh and Jeddah.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification with 12 years of experience in contracts, commercial management, legal, compliance, or program support roles.
- Experience supporting defense, aerospace, government, or highly regulated industries.
- Proven experience managing complex contracts, negotiations, and customer agreements.
- Experience engaging with government customers and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience developing and mentoring teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic international environment.
- Strong business acumen with experience supporting profitability, risk management, and cash collection objectives.
- Professional qualification in contracts, law, commercial management, finance, or business.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.
- Knowledge of Saudi government procurement processes and regulatory environment.
- Experience supporting defense programs, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), or government contracts.
- Experience with localization, industrial participation, or strategic partnerships.
