نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيعمل المحلل المالي ضمن فريق مالي محلي ذي خبرة عالية، ويطور المهارات اللازمة لبدء مهنة ناجحة في المالية الدفاعية - بما في ذلك التفكير النقدي والتحليل، والفطنة المالية القوية، والعرض الواضح للبيانات المعقدة، والقدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة في وقت واحد. سيعمل المحلل عن كثب مع كبار المتخصصين الماليين وفرق البرامج متعددة الوظائف لدعم التخطيط المالي وإعداد التقارير والتنفيذ عبر البرامج النشطة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد التقارير المالية الأسبوعية والشهرية للبرامج والتسليمات المالية للعملاء.
- دعم التنبؤ الشهري للمبيعات والأرباح والنقد.
- المساعدة في تطوير تقديرات الإنجاز الربعية (EACs)، بما في ذلك تحليل التكلفة والمخاطر والفرص.
- إجراء التحليل المالي لفهم وشرح الانحرافات عن خطوط الأساس للميزانية.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية في المالية، المحاسبة، إدارة الأعمال، الاقتصاد، أو مجال ذي صلة من جامعة سعودية أو دولية معترف بها.
- 0-2 سنوات من الخبرة المهنية ذات الصلة؛ الخريجون الجدد مدعوون للتقديم.
- إتقان مجموعة Microsoft Office، مع قوة خاصة في Excel وPowerPoint.
- مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية قوية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

- اهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل وعقلية التحسين المستمر.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية بشكل مستقل وفي بيئة فريق.

What You Will Do:
- Prepare weekly and monthly program financial reports and customer financial deliverables.
- Support monthly sales, profit, and cash forecasting.
- Assist in the development of quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs), including cost, risk, and opportunity analysis.
- Perform financial analysis to understand and explain variances to budget baselines.
- Collaborate proactively with program stakeholders to achieve financial objectives.
- Support ad hoc financial investigations, analysis, and reporting as required.
- Typically requires A University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field from a recognized Saudi or international university.
- 0-2 years of relevant professional experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with particular strength in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Excellent attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
