شركة Raytheon تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس بحث وتطوير (Research & Development Engineer) في مدينة جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك للعمل ضمن فريق دعم أنظمة قوات الدفاع الجوي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء الدراسات الهندسية وأبحاث التطوير وإيجاد الحلول المناسبة لجميع المشكلات (الكهربائية والإلكترونية، مع تطبيق الهندسة العكسية للأجزاء الكهربائية والإلكترونية) لجميع أنظمة قوات الدفاع الجوي.
- إيجاد حلول للمشكلات التقنية في أنظمة الأسلحة أو وحدات الاختبار المتعلقة بالأنظمة الكهربائية و/أو الإلكترونية، بالإضافة إلى تطوير وتعديل برامج وحدات الاختبار قدر الإمكان.
- دراسة إمكانية تعديل أو تطوير أحد الأنظمة الفرعية لأنظمة قوات الدفاع الجوي.
- إعداد الرسومات والتصاميم الهندسية وتحديد المواصفات الفنية للأجزاء بحيث يمكن شراؤها أو تصنيعها محلياً.
- تقديم التوصيات والاستشارات الهندسية المتعلقة بمشكلات الأنظمة الإلكترونية والكهربائية والاتصالات التي تواجه ورش الإصلاح أو الوحدات.
- إعداد النشرات الفنية لتجنب الأخطاء وتصحيحها وتحسين الأداء.
- دعم الورش بالاستشارات الفنية اللازمة.
- تقييم التطويرات والابتكارات المقترحة والمقدمة من وحدات قوات الدفاع الجوي.
- أداء الأعمال الأخرى المطلوبة في نفس المجال.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونية من جامعة معتمدة (شرط أساسي).
- يفضل أن تكون الدرجة معتمدة من الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (شرط مفضل).
- يفضل إكمال دورات تأهيلية في الإلكترونيات والكهرباء والاتصالات (شرط مفضل).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال البحوث والدراسات الهندسية، ويفضل في المجال الكهربائي أو الإلكتروني (شرط مفضل).
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً (شرط مفضل).
- إجادة استخدام برامج الحاسب الآلي (شرط مفضل).
- الإلمام بأحد برامج تصميم الدوائر الكهربائية (شرط مفضل).
- خبرة في كتابة التقارير الفنية (شرط مفضل).
- الإلمام بأحد برامج التصميم الإلكتروني مثل LabVIEW أو CAD أو غيرها (شرط مفضل).
- خبرة في العمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لحل مشكلات تقادم المكونات الكهربائية من خلال إعادة التصميم أو التوريد البديل أو الشراء لآخر مرة (شرط مفضل).

What You Will Do:
- Perform engineering studies and development research and find appropriate solutions to all problems (electrical, electronic, with the application of reverse engineering of electrical and electronic parts) for all Air Defense Forces systems.
- Find solutions to technical problems in weaponry systems or test consoles with regard to electrical and/or electronic systems, in addition to developing and modifying as many test consoles software as possible.
- Study the possibility of modifying or developing one of the subsystems of the Air Defense Forces' systems.
- Prepare engineering drawings and designs and specify the specifications for parts so that they can be purchased or manufactured locally.
- Provide engineering recommendations and advice related to electronic, electrical and communication systems problems encountered by repair workshops or units.
- Prepare technical bulletins to avoid and correct errors and improve performance
- Support workshops with the necessary technical consultations
- Evaluate the development and innovations proposed and submitted by the units of the Air Defense Forces
- Perform other required work in the same field
- Bachelor degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from an accredited university.
- Preferably the degree is accredited from the Saudi Council of Engineers.
- Preferably to have completed Electronics, Electrical and Communications qualification courses qualification courses.
- Minimum of four (5) years prior experience in the field of engineering research and studies, preferably in Electrical or Electronic field.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Proficient in the use of computer programs.
- Familiar with one of the electrical circuit design programs.
- Experience in writing technical reports.
- Familiar with one of the electronic design programs such as LabVIEW or CAD or other programs.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to resolve electrical component obsolescence through redesign, alternate sourcing, or last-time buys
