تعلن شركة Raytheon (إحدى شركات RTX) عن توفر فرصة وظيفية شاغرة بمسمى Associate Director- Field Service (مدير مشارك - الخدمة الميدانية) في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يسعى Raytheon السعودية (RSA) إلى تعيين مدير مشارك للربط البرامجي لدعم برامج THAAD في المملكة العربية السعودية. سيتولى هذا الدور إدارة وتنفيذ أنشطة التعاون بين قيادة قوات الدفاع الجوي الملكي السعودي (RSADF) وRaytheon لضمان تسليم متطلبات العقد والعقود الفرعية في الوقت المحدد، ضمن الميزانية، ووفقًا لمعايير الجودة. يتطلب الدور إدارة فعالة للمخاطر وتوقعات المستخدم النهائي بناءً على النطاق التعاقدي، بالإضافة إلى التواصل مع كبار قادة RSADF حتى مستوى رئيس الأركان. يتطلب التعاون الوثيق مع فريق دعم الصيانة التعاقدية لـ THAAD داخل المملكة، وقيادة RSA، وقيادة البرنامج في الولايات المتحدة. يقدم هذا المنصب تقاريره إلى مدير برنامج RSA وTHAAD للعقد الحالي للبيع العسكري الخارجي (FMS) مع وكالة الدفاع الصاروخي، بالإضافة إلى مبادرات FMS والبيع التجاري المباشر (DCS) المستقبلية.

- تعزيز سمعة Raytheon وولاء العملاء داخل وزارة الدفاع والمستخدمين النهائيين في المملكة العربية السعودية من خلال التسليم والدعم عالي الجودة.
- السفر حسب الحاجة داخل المملكة العربية السعودية والولايات المتحدة ومواقع دولية أخرى لضمان الإشراف الفعال على البرنامج وتنفيذه.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية أو خبرة معادلة مع 12 سنة خبرة سابقة ذات صلة على الأقل، أو درجة متقدمة في مجال ذي صلة مع 10 سنوات خبرة على الأقل.
- الجنسية السعودية مطلوبة لهذا المنصب.
- خبرة كضابط كبير في RSADF أو ما يعادله مدنياً، مع التعامل مع أركان الضباط العامين في RSADF ووزارة الدفاع.
- الإلمام بصناعة التعاقدات الدفاعية الأمريكية، خاصة في أنظمة الدفاع الجوي والصاروخي وقدرات التصنيع العسكري.
- مهارات تواصل قوية باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- سجل مثبت في إدارة برامج دفاعية كبيرة ومعقدة وجهود الاستحواذ.
- خبرة في قيادة برامج التصنيع أو التوطين مع متطلبات قيمة محلية كبيرة.
- خبرة في العمل مباشرة مع كبار المسؤولين الحكوميين (وزارة الدفاع، القوات الدفاعية، أو سلطات معادلة).
- الاستعداد للسفر المكثف داخل المملكة العربية السعودية ودولياً (بما في ذلك الولايات المتحدة) حسب الحاجة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في تنفيذ البرامج الدولية في المملكة العربية السعودية مع الجهات الحكومية.
- خبرة في تخطيط البرامج، وإعداد الميزانية، وإدارة التكاليف والجداول الزمنية.

The requires close partnership with the in-country THAAD Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Team, RSA Leadership, and CONUS-based Program Leadership to ensure successful execution of obligations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). What You Will Do:
- Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with the RSADF end-user, providing regular program updates and coordinating expectations with Raytheon OCONUS and CONUS teams.
- Ensure full program scope, delivery, technical compliance, and milestone achievement is effectively communicated with RSADF top leadership.
- Provide single point-of-contact support to RSADF for the ongoing operations and sustainment of deployed THAAD Radars within the kingdom, in close coordination with the CONUS program leadership team.
- Partner and collaborate with the MDA FMS Case Management Team and Lockheed Martin in-kingdom leadership for THAAD personnel site access and RFI request efforts through the RSADF Projects Directorate.
- Collaborate with internal functions, such as Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Supply Chain, and Quality, to enhance program success.
- Serve as the primary interface for the Raytheon THAAD contract scope with key KSA stakeholders including RSADF, MoD, MoI, and Saudi industry partners.
- Conduct and/or support internal governance reviews including gate reviews, operations reviews, and program management reviews with KSA stakeholders for current FMS and future DCS contracts in support of program execution and localization efforts.
- Strengthen Raytheon’s brand reputation and customer loyalty within MoD and end users in Saudi Arabia through high-quality delivery and support.
- Travel as required across KSA, the U.S., and other international locations to ensure effective program oversight and execution.
- Typically requires A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years’ experience
- Saudi Nationality is required for this position.
- Experience as a RSADF Senior Military Officer or civilian equivalent, interfacing with RSADF General Officer Staff and the MoD
- Familiarity with the United States Defense Contracting industry, specifically in Air & Missile Defense Systems and Military Industrialization capabilities
- Strong English and Arabic communication skills
- Proven track record managing large, complex defense programs and capture efforts
- Experience leading industrialization or localization programs with significant in-country value requirements
- Experience working directly with senior government stakeholders (MoD, defense forces, or equivalent authorities)
- Willingness to travel extensively within KSA and internationally (including U.S.) as required
- Experience executing international programs in KSA with government stakeholders
- Experience in program planning, budgeting, and management of costs and schedule
- Progressive experience in program/project management within defense, aerospace, or large-scale government programs
- Experienced leadership competencies, especially influential communications, strategic thinking, cultivating innovation, collaboration, developing talent, customer focus, and driving results
- Prior responsibility for P&L ownership or major program financial accountability
