تعلن شركة Raytheon (إحدى شركات RTX) في الرياض، السعودية، عن توفر وظيفة Senior Manager, Customer Operations Hardware Delivery للعمل في موقعها بالرياض. سيكون المرشح المختار المسؤول الرئيسي في الموقع لدعم برنامج PT6، وقيادة التنفيذ التشغيلي، والمشاركة مع العملاء، وتطوير المبادرات المحلية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل كممثل ميداني لشركة Raytheon Saudi Arabia، وقيادة التفاعل مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين لضمان نجاح تنفيذ البرنامج.
- تقديم القيادة التشغيلية لأنشطة دعم العملاء، ومبادرات التوطين، وتنفيذ البرنامج لتحقيق الأهداف التجارية.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد، أو الهندسة، أو إدارة العمليات، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال الطيران أو الدفاع أو العمليات أو إدارة البرامج أو دعم ما بعد البيع أو سلسلة التوريد أو صناعة ذات صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة العمليات التي تواجه العملاء وإدارة علاقات معقدة مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- خبرة في قيادة فرق متعددة الوظائف ودفع التنفيذ التشغيلي في بيئة ديناميكية.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع وحل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض مع القدرة على التأثير على أصحاب المصلحة على جميع المستويات التنظيمية.
- إتقان مهني للغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثاً).
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة سابقة في دعم برامج دفاعية أو حكومية.
- خبرة في العمل في السعودية أو الشرق الأوسط.
- معرفة بمبادرات التوطين وبرامج تطوير القدرات.
- خلفية في المشتريات أو اللوجستيات أو سلسلة التوريد أو دعم ما بعد البيع.
- نجاح مثبت في بناء شراكات طويلة الأجل مع العملاء وإدارة علاقات على المستوى التنفيذي.
- فهم قوي للحوكمة التشغيلية وإدارة الأداء ومنهجيات التحسين المستمر.
- خبرة في العمل داخل مؤسسة مصفوفية والتعاون مع فرق عالمية.

What You Will Do:
- Serve as on-site representative for Raytheon Saudi Arabia, leading engagement with customers and key stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
- Provide operational leadership for customer support activities, localization initiatives, and program execution to achieve business objectives.
- Partner with technical subject matter experts to translate strategic priorities into operational plans, establish governance, and monitor execution against program milestones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer leadership, internal functions, and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure alignment on program priorities.
- Lead cross-functional teams in resolving operational issues, mitigating risks, and driving timely execution of customer commitments.
- Oversee operational readiness, capability development, and knowledge transfer activities to strengthen local capabilities and support long-term sustainability.
- Monitor program performance, establish operational metrics, and provide regular updates to leadership on risks, opportunities, and overall execution.
- Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and program effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with Raytheon Saudi Arabia policies, contractual requirements, and applicable customer regulations.
- Support workforce localization initiatives and contribute to the development of sustainable local capabilities in alignment with national objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in aerospace, defense, operations, program management, aftermarket support, supply chain, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated experience leading customer-facing operations and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving operational execution in a dynamic environment.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Previous experience supporting defense or government programs.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.
- Knowledge of localization initiatives and capability development programs.
- Background in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or aftermarket support.
- Demonstrated success in building long-term customer partnerships and managing executive-level relationships.
- Strong understanding of operational governance, performance management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience working within a matrix organization and collaborating across global teams.
