شركة Raytheon (إحدى شركات RTX) تعلن عن وظيفة أخصائي طلاء CARC لمعدات باتريوت في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- يقوم أخصائي طلاء CARC يومياً بعمليات الطلاء المقاوم للعوامل الكيميائية (CARC) لمعدات الدعم الأرضي لنظام باتريوت وفقاً للمعايير العسكرية. تشمل المسؤوليات تجهيز الأسطح والطلاء، وتطبيق أنظمة التحكم في التآكل/العمليات والتشطيب، وضمان توافق العمليات ومعالجة المواد مع معايير Raytheon.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تجهيز مرافق رش الطلاء والأسطح المراد طلاؤها.
- إزالة الطلاء القديم وتطبيق الطبقة الأساسية على الأسطح.
- رش طلاء جميع معدات أنظمة الدفاع الجوي والعناصر المرتبطة بها.
- استخدام المعاجين اللازمة وأعمال التشطيب/الهيكل عند الحاجة.
- المشاركة في التدريب أثناء العمل (OJT) عند الحاجة.
- أداء الأعمال الأخرى المطلوبة في نفس المجال.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم في الطلاء وأعمال الهيكل من كلية أو معهد معتمد (محلي أو أجنبي)، أو شهادة ثانوية عامة مع دورات في الطلاء وأعمال الهيكل.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال استخدام أفران الطلاء وأجهزة السفع الرملي وطلاءات CARC (يفضل).
المهارات المطلوبة
- كفاءة مثبتة في تشغيل معدات السفع التجاري لتجهيز أسطح الألومنيوم والصلب.
- كفاءة مثبتة في تشغيل معدات الطلاء التجاري للمعالجة الأولية والطبقات الأساسية وتطبيق طلاء CARC.
- الالتزام الصارم بجميع قواعد وإجراءات السلامة، بما في ذلك ارتداء معدات الوقاية الشخصية (PPE) المطلوبة.

Responsibilities include surface preparation and painting, implementing corrosion/process control and finishing systems, and ensuring processes and materials treatment align with Raytheon standards.

Job Summary:
The CARC Paint Specialist performs daily Chemical Agent Resistive Coating (CARC) paint operations for Patriot ground support equipment to military standards. Responsibilities include surface preparation and painting, implementing corrosion/process control and finishing systems, and ensuring processes and materials treatment align with Raytheon standards.
What You Will Do:
- Prepare the paint spraying facilities as well as the surfaces to be painted
- Remove old paint and lay the primer on surfaces
- Spray paint all Air Defense Forces systems equipment and associated elements
- Apply the necessary putties and other finishing / body works when needed
- Participate in On-the-Job Training (OJT) when needed
- Perform other required work in the same field
- Diploma in Painting and Body Works from an accredited foreign or local college or institute or high School Certificate with courses in Painting and Body Works.
- A minimum of 8 years relevant experience in the field of using paint ovens, sandblasting devices, and CARC coatings is preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency operating commercial blast equipment for aluminum and steel surface preparation.
- Demonstrated proficiency operating commercial paint equipment for pre-treatment, primers, and CARC paint application.
- Strict compliance with all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
