تعلن شركة Raytheon في المملكة العربية السعودية عن توفر وظيفة قائد العقود الفرعية (Subcontracts Lead) في مدينة الرياض، لدعم عمليات الشراء وإدارة أداء الموردين والإشراف على دورة حياة أوامر الشراء للعقود الفرعية، لصالح عملاء المبيعات العسكرية الخارجية (FMS) والمبيعات التجارية المباشرة (DCS).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ وقيادة عمليات الشراء والحصول على المواد والخدمات، مع ضمان التوافق الكامل مع متطلبات البرنامج والاحتياجات الفنية والأهداف الاستراتيجية.
- دفع أداء الموردين من خلال الإشراف الاستباقي، وضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد والجودة المتسقة عبر جميع المواد والخدمات.
- إدارة دورة حياة أمر الشراء للعقود الفرعية بالكامل - من تطوير طلب عرض الأسعار (RFP) وحتى منح العقد وإدارة ما بعد إثبات التصنيع - مع ضمان الامتثال والأداء وتخفيف المخاطر.
- إجراء تحليلات متقدمة للتكاليف والأسعار لتحديد الأسعار العادلة والمعقولة، والتفاوض على شروط تنافسية تعزز القيمة وتدعم الأهداف المالية.
- ضمان تنفيذ جميع متطلبات التصدير والاستيراد بدقة وكفاءة، والحفاظ على الامتثال الصارم من خلال التنسيق الوثيق مع فريق التجارة العالمية (Global Trade).

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس مع خبرة سابقة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات ذات صلة، أو درجة متقدمة في مجال ذي صلة مع خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات.
- خبرة قوية في قيادة أنشطة الشراء والحصول على الموارد المعقدة بما يتوافق مع أهداف البرنامج والأعمال.
- قدرة مثبتة على إدارة أداء الموردين، وضمان الجودة والتسليم في الوقت المحدد.

You will ensure complete and accurate requirements are communicated to suppliers, all export and import obligations are executed effectively, and serve as Raytheon’s primary contractual interface for production and service deliverables.
This accompanied onsite role will be in Jeddah or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for a long-term assignment under a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with additional compensation benefits and potential extensions.
Travel up to 25% within the region and occasionally to other locations as needed.
Employment is contingent upon meeting all medical requirements for overseas assignments including comprehensive post-offer medical examination.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

- Deliver clear, data‑driven reporting on supplier performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with CONUS‑based subcontract managers and internal partners across legal, contracts, and compliance to ensure synchronized and effective subcontracting activities.
- Maintain effective supplier administration and communication to support ongoing performance, issue resolution, and long‑term relationship management.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8+ years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 6+ years’ experience.
- Strong experience leading complex sourcing and acquisition activities aligned with program and business objectives.
- Proven ability to manage supplier performance, ensuring quality and on time delivery.
- Expertise overseeing the full subcontract lifecycle, including RFP development, negotiation, award, and post‑Proof of Manufacturing administration.
- Advanced cost and price analysis skills with a track record of securing competitive, best‑value terms.
- Solid knowledge of export/import regulations and experience executing compliant trade requirements in coordination with Global Trade.
- Demonstrated success improving subcontracting processes using CORE methodologies and tools.
