شركة Segadty، إحدى العلامات الرائدة في المملكة في السجاد والموكيت والبسط الخارجية والخاصة بالتخييم، تبحث عن أخصائي تجارة إلكترونية لإدارة وتطوير متجرها الإلكتروني وحضورها على المنصات التجارية، وزيادة المبيعات عبر القنوات الرقمية، وذلك للعمل في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة وتحديث المتجر الإلكتروني على منصتي Zid أو Salla، بما يشمل إضافة المنتجات وتحرير الأوصاف والصور والأسعار والفئات.
- إدارة حضور العلامة التجارية على المنصات التجارية مثل Noon وAmazon وTrendyol، من رفع المنتجات وتحديث المخزون ومعالجة الطلبات والمراجعات.
- ضمان دقة وجودة بيانات المنتجات والامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الإدراج لكل منصة.
- تحسين قوائم المنتجات والمحتوى لزيادة الظهور والترتيب ومعدل التحويل على المتجر والمنصات.
- دعم وتنفيذ الأنشطة التسويقية الرقمية عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والحملات المدفوعة لزيادة الزيارات والمبيعات.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the online store on Zid or Salla, including adding products and editing descriptions, images, prices, and categories
- Manage the brand's presence on marketplaces such as Noon, Amazon, and Trendyol - uploading products, updating inventory, and handling orders and reviews
- Ensure product data accuracy and quality, and compliance with each platform's policies and listing standards
- Optimize product listings and content to improve visibility, ranking, and conversion on both the store and marketplaces
- Support and execute digital marketing activities across social media and paid campaigns to drive traffic and sales
- Monitor competitors' pricing, offers, and activity across platforms, and recommend improvements
- Track daily sales and performance reports, and coordinate with warehouse and shipping to keep listed inventory aligned with actual stock
- Hands-on experience managing e-commerce stores on Zid or Salla
- Experience managing marketplace accounts (Noon, Amazon, Trendyol, or similar)
- Good understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising fundamentals
- Strong attention to detail in product data and listing quality
- Analytical mindset with the ability to read reports and act on the numbers
