Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Service Technician role based in Dammam. The Junior Service Technician will assist in the maintenance, repair, and servicing of industrial bolting tools and equipment, both in the workshop and at customer locations.

The Junior Service Technician will also interact with customers in a professional manner, helping to address service needs and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Repair and calibrate tools, pumps and equipment requiring mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic repair and performs preventive maintenance services.
• Pre-testing of hydraulic/pneumatic pumps, tools and links for the sole purpose of proper form, fit and function.
• Troubleshooting, tearing down, repairing, reassembling and testing pumps, motors and tools in shop.
• Stock Control :-
•  stock organization daily/weekly/monthly, stock reorder levels, and stock take experience
• Providing technical support to the customer service team including routine technical administration, such as the production of quotation documentation
• Workshop Maintenance 
• Goods In and Goods Out record keeping 
• Stock Rotation 
• Quality checks and control of all equipment (in and out) 

Skills Required: 

• Mechanical Engineering Qualification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role and duties 
• Analytical, problem solving, time management and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with hands and to work in mechanically oriented situations
• Ability to routinely lift 10-35 Kg, and occasionally lift 35 to greater Kg.
• Ability to perform work during prolonged standing up to 8 hours; frequent bending, stooping, crouching and reaching.
• Must be able to wear protective equipment as needed
• Ability to respond positively to events in an effective manner.
• Demonstrates teamwork, interpersonal and communications skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Outlook, Word and Excel 
• Previous use of sales, repair database software 
• Already based in KSA - Dammam or can commute to this location.
