We're hiring on behalf of one of the leading IT partners in Saudi Arabia for their large-scale monitoring program supporting a major government entity. We're looking for Application Monitoring Specialists to join a dedicated team keeping business-critical applications running smoothly, around the clock.

About the Role

You'll continuously monitor application availability, performance, and error levels, catch issues early, and follow clear escalation procedures - working as part of a structured, rotating team with strong shift handover practices.

What You'll Do

• Monitor application availability, performance, and error rates in real time
• Identify and escalate incidents according to defined procedures
• Review logs and dashboards to detect abnormal patterns
• Coordinate handover between shifts with clear, accurate notes
• Liaise with the Application SME and other technical teams as needed

Technical Knowledge You'll Bring

• Familiarity with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, or similar)
• Basic understanding of application architecture (web applications, APIs, databases)
• Comfort reading logs and interpreting dashboards/alerts
• Familiarity with ticketing/ITSM tools for incident logging (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
• Basic understanding of how applications interact with underlying infrastructure (servers, databases, network)

What We're Looking For

• Experience in application support, monitoring, or NOC operations
• Comfortable working rotating shifts across a continuous operation
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
• Good English; Arabic is a plus
