نبذة عن الوظيفة
Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea، الواقع ضمن مشروع البحر الأحمر الرائد في المملكة، سيوفر للزوار منتجعين يركزان على الطبيعة. يضم المشروع 361 غرفة، و11 مفهوم طعام مميز بما في ذلك مطعم فوق الماء يطل على البحر الأحمر وأشجار المانغروف، ومنتجع صحي. سيكون Raffles The Red Sea ملاذاً للأناقة الراقية والفخامة الخالدة، وسط وجهة البحر الأحمر الاستثنائية في السعودية. يجمع الفندق بين الضيافة الأسطورية لـ Raffles والخدمة الشخصية مع جمال الطبيعة واستدامة Red Sea Global، ليقدم ملاذاً مختاراً لأكثر المسافرين تميزاً في العالم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف التشغيلي: إدارة العمليات اليومية لنادي الأطفال، وضمان نظافة المنشأة وتعقيم جميع معدات اللعب أسبوعياً.
- قيادة الفريق: الإشراف على موظفي نادي الأطفال وتدريبهم وتحفيزهم، وضمان حضورهم الدورات التدريبية المطلوبة واتباع بروتوكولات الإشراف على الأطفال.
- برمجة الأنشطة: المساعدة في تصميم وتنفيذ برامج ترفيهية وتعليمية مبتكرة ومناسبة للعمر تعكس الثقافة المحلية وإبداع العلامة التجارية.
- السلامة والأمن: تطبيق إجراءات صارمة للدخول والخروج، والحفاظ على سجلات حضور دقيقة، والإبلاغ الفوري عن أي مخاطر أو إصابات لمدير نادي الأطفال.
- التفاعل مع الضيوف: التفاعل مع الأطفال وأولياء الأمور بأسلوب دافئ ومهني، ومعالجة الطلبات الخاصة والقيود الغذائية والاستفسارات بنهج استباقي وتوقعي.
- الدعم الإداري: إدارة مخزون الألعاب واللوازم، وإكمال الأوراق اليومية، والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية للتقارير الشهرية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في دور إشرافي ضمن نادي أطفال في فندق أو منتجع فاخر.
- خبرة ما قبل الافتتاح (Pre-opening) مرغوبة جداً لهذا الموقع، وهي إلزامية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في تربية الطفولة المبكرة، أو إدارة الترفيه، أو مجال ذي صلة (مثل الضيافة أو السياحة).
- شهادات حالية وإلزامية في CPR/AED والإسعافات الأولية.
- مظهر لا تشوبه شائبة، وذكاء عاطفي عالٍ، وطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية (إجادة لغات إضافية مثل العربية أو الروسية ميزة).
- فهم توقعات الضيوف في السوق الفاخر الفائق ومواءمة العلامة التجارية.
- خبرة في تنسيق المشاريع والجدولة وإدارة المستندات خلال مراحل ما قبل الافتتاح.
- نهج استباقي وتوقعي مع إحساس قوي بالملكية والمساءلة.
- مظهر شخصي لا تشوبه شائبة يتوافق مع معايير الفخامة.

Job Description Key Responsibilities Operational Oversight: Direct daily functions of the Kids Club, ensuring the facility is clean, orderly, and all play equipment is sanitized weekly. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate Kids Club Attendants, ensuring they attend required training sessions and follow proper child supervision protocols. Activity Programming: Help design and implement innovative, age-appropriate recreational and educational programs that reflect local culture and brand creativity. Safety & Security: Enforce strict check-in/out procedures, maintain accurate attendance records, and promptly report any hazards or injuries to the Kids Club Manager. Guest Engagement: Interact with children and parents in a warm, professional manner, addressing special requests, dietary restrictions, and concerns with a proactive, anticipatory approach. Administrative Support: Manage inventory for toys and supplies, complete daily paperwork, and meet monthly report deadlines. Qualifications Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel or resort kids club. Pre-opening experience is highly preferred for this location. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management, or a related field (e.g., Hospitality or Tourism). Certifications: Mandatory current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications. Personal Attributes: Impeccable grooming, high emotional intelligence, and fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic or Russian are advantageous). Additional Information Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment. experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages. Experience in pre-Opening is a must. A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
