Job Description:

Responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting SAS Campaign Management solutions, including campaign creation, customer segmentation, real-time decisioning, event processing, ETL integration, and marketing automation. The role works closely with business teams to translate marketing requirements into scalable campaign solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

• Design and implement marketing campaigns using SAS Campaign Management.
• Create customer segments, target groups, and offer strategies.
• Configure and execute outbound and real-time campaigns.
• Support business users in campaign setup, testing, and deployment.
