شركة Guardian Industries تبحث عن مهندس السلامة والصحة المهنية والبيئة (EHS Engineer) للعمل في المنطقة الشرقية، حي العزيزية، السعودية. في هذا الدور، ستساهم في تعزيز ثقافة السلامة والبيئة في الموقع بالتعاون مع قيادات المصنع والمشرفين والموظفين، مع فرصة للتأثير في تحسينات جوهرية في السلامة والمسؤولية البيئية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تعزيز ثقافة قوية للسلامة والبيئة من خلال تدريب الموظفين والمشرفين على ممارسات العمل الآمنة.
  • التعاون مع القادة لتحديد وتقييم وتخفيف المخاطر في مكان العمل.
  • قيادة تحقيقات الحوادث وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية الفعالة.
  • تصميم وتقديم برامج تدريبية جذابة في مجال السلامة والبيئة والصحة عبر الموقع.
  • دعم الامتثال للوائح البيئية والصحية والسلامة ومعايير الشركة.
  • إجراء عمليات التدقيق والتفتيش والتحقق الميداني لتحسين أداء السلامة في العمل.
  • إدارة أنظمة السلامة والبيئة الحيوية بما في ذلك الإبلاغ عن المخاطر والحوادث وإدارة المواد الكيميائية.
  • التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات في تحسين العمليات والتغييرات التشغيلية ومبادرات السلامة.
  • دعم أنشطة التأهب والاستجابة للطوارئ عند الحاجة.
  • تعزيز التحسين المستمر من خلال تحليل البيانات وحل المشكلات وجهود تقليل المخاطر.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في السلامة والصحة البيئية أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • شهادة NEBOSH IGC أو IOSH أو مؤهل مهني مكافئ في السلامة والصحة البيئية.
  • معرفة عملية بمعايير ISO 45001 وISO 14001 والمعايير الدولية المعترف بها للسلامة والبيئة.
  • القدرة على التواصل بفعالية باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة في البيئات الصناعية أو التصنيعية الثقيلة.
  • الإلمام بمشاريع البناء وإدارة سلامة المقاولين أو برامج السلامة في الإنشاءات.
  • مهارات قوية في تحليل الأسباب الجذرية والتحقيق في الحوادث باستخدام منهجيات مثل 5D أو Cause Maps.
  • معرفة باللوائح السعودية ومتطلبات الدفاع المدني ولوائح الهيئة الملكية للجبيل وينبع.
  • خبرة في برامج الصحة الصناعية وأنظمة التحكم في الانبعاثات والامتثال البيئي.
  • قدرة مثبتة على العمل بشكل مستقل مع التأثير الفعال وتوجيه الآخرين.
  • مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية وحل مشكلات قوية.
  • القدرة على الازدهار في بيئة تشغيلية عملية والتأثير الإيجابي على ثقافة المصنع.

Your Job

As an EHS Engineer, you will play a key role in advancing a strong safety and environmental culture across the site. You will partner with plant leadership, supervisors, and employees to identify risks, improve EHS performance, ensure compliance with regulations, and support a safe and productive manufacturing environment. This role offers significant exposure to plant operations and opportunities to influence meaningful improvements in workplace safety and environmental stewardship.

Our Team

Working closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, contractors, and leadership teams, you will help drive EHS excellence, support continuous improvement initiatives, and promote a culture built on principle-based management and operational excellence.

What You Will Do

  • Drive a strong EHS culture by coaching employees and supervisors on safe work practices.
  • Partner with leaders to identify, assess, and mitigate workplace hazards and risks.
  • Lead incident investigations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Design and deliver engaging EHS training programmes across the site.
  • Support compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and field verifications to improve workplace safety performance.
  • Manage critical EHS systems including hazard reporting, incident reporting, and chemical management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements, operational changes, and safety initiatives.
  • Support emergency preparedness and response activities when required.
  • Promote continuous improvement through data analysis, problem-solving, and risk reduction efforts.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
  • NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent professional EHS qualification.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and internationally recognised EHS standards.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Arabic.




What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience within heavy manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Exposure to construction projects, contractor safety management, or construction EHS programmes.
  • Strong root cause analysis and incident investigation skills using methodologies such as 5D or Cause Maps.
  • Knowledge of Saudi regulations, Civil Defense requirements, and Royal Commission regulations for Jubail and Yanbu.
  • Experience with industrial hygiene programmes, emissions control systems, and environmental compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively influencing and coaching others.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a hands-on operational environment and positively influence plant culture.
