شركة عبد الله أ. البراك وأولاده تبحث عن مهندس كهرباء رئيسي للعمل في الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية. يتولى قيادة التخصص الكهربائي والمشاركة الفعالة في عمليات العروض والمناقصات، بالإضافة إلى تقديم الدعم الفني أثناء مرحلتي الإنشاء والتشغيل، مع التركيز الأساسي على الهندسة في بيئة EPC.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التخطيط والجدولة والمراقبة والتحكم في جميع الأنشطة الهندسية لتخصص الكهرباء.
  • التنسيق بين التخصصات المختلفة ودعم بناء الفريق.
  • المبادرة في تسليط الضوء على أي مشكلات أمام الإدارة لاتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية في الوقت المناسب.
  • المشاركة الفعالة في اجتماعات مراجعة التقدم والاجتماعات الفنية واجتماعات العملاء والموردين.
  • دعم أنشطة المشتريات مثل إعداد طلبات المواد (MR) وتوضيح/تقييم العروض الفنية (TBC/TBE) ومسودات أوامر الشراء.
  • دعم فريق العروض من خلال إعداد طلبات العروض (RFQs) والتقييم الفني للعروض وتقدير التكاليف.
  • دعم الإنشاء من خلال الرد على الاستفسارات الفنية المتعلقة بموقع الإنشاء (TQ).
  • مراجعة والتعليق على معايير GES والمخرجات الهندسية حسب الحالة.
  • ضمان سلامة وجودة المخرجات.
  • المشاركة في ممارسات الهندسة القيمية وجلسات الدروس المستفادة ودراسات تقييم المخاطر وإدارتها ودراسات قابلية الإنشاء.
  • ضمان رضا العملاء وتقديرهم لتعزيز سمعة الشركة وصورتها وتسهيل الطلبات المتكررة وحسن النية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في صناعات النفط والغاز والبتروكيماويات والطاقة.
  • خبرة في العمل مع معايير GES Plus/Mقاولي EPC في مشاريع أرامكو السعودية وسابك وغيرها من المؤسسات المرموقة.
  • خبرة في حضور أنشطة FAT/SAT.
  • خبرة في دعم أنشطة ما قبل التشغيل.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية (BS, BE أو B.Tech).
  • دورات تدريبية وشهادات معتمدة.

  • إلمام قوي بمعايير أرامكو السعودية وسابك وهيئة الكهرباء السعودية (SEC) ومعايير DEP وهيئة المدن الصناعية (RC) ولوائح HCISS.
  • إلمام قوي بالمعايير والكودات الدولية مثل ASME, ANSI, API, ATEX, JIS, CSA, NEC, NFPA, IEC, IEEE, FM, UL.
  • تطوير وإعداد المواصفات الفنية ولوحات البيانات لمحطات التحويل والمحولات والمفاتيح الكهربائية ولوحات MCCs والمفاعلات (مكثفات/بنوك مكثفات ومحاثات/بنوك محاثات) والمحركات (حثية/تزامنية) وأجهزة UPS وأنظمة الإضاءة وبنوك البطاريات DC وأتمتة أنظمة الطاقة (PSA) وERMS وأنظمة إنذار وكشف الحريق وأنظمة الحماية الكاثودية وأنظمة التأريض وكابلات الطاقة والتحكم وكابلات التأريض وحوامل الكابلات والمواسير.
  • إعداد المخططات مثل التأريض والإضاءة وتخطيط معدات المحطات الفرعية ومسارات كابلات الطاقة والتحكم (حوامل ومواسير) وأنظمة إنذار وكشف الحريق والحماية الكاثودية.
  • إعداد تفاصيل تركيب المعدات الكهربائية بما في ذلك تركيب حوامل الكابلات وتركيبات الكابلات وأعمدة الإضاءة وصناديق التوصيل واللوحات وغيرها.
  • إعداد جداول مثل قائمة/جدول الأحمال وجدول الكابلات والمواسير وجدول الإضاءة والطاقة الصغيرة وجدول لوحة UPS.
  • إعداد مخططات الخط الواحد ومخططات الخط الثلاثة ومخططات الطاقة والمحركات.
  • حسابات مثل التأريض وإضاءة الإنارة واللوكس وانخفاض الجهد وتحديد أقطار الكابلات (التأريض والطاقة والتحكم).
  • دراسة ETAP تشمل تحليل تدفق الأحمال وقصر الدائرة وإقلاع المحركات وقوس الانفجار وتنسيق المرحلات والتوافقيات وشبكة التأريض ونظام الكابلات.
  • معرفة جيدة بمتطلبات العمليات والميكانيكا والمدنية/الإنشائية والأجهزة والتحكم عند إنشاء الواجهات بين التخصصات.
  • مشاركة فعالة في دراسات السلامة مثل QRA وENVID وHAZID وHAZOP وSIL.

Job Summary: Leading the Electrical discipline. Active participation and involvement in proposal and bidding processes. Technical support during construction and commissioning phases as deemed required. Engineering being the core expertise, active involvement on a daily basis during the engineering phase in an EPC Environment on single/multiple projects on shared basis as the case may be.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling all engineering activities of the Electrical discipline
  • Interdisciplinary coordination and support team building exercise
  • Proactive rather than reactive. Highlight any issues or problems in front of the management so as to help take remedial action on time
  • Active participation in progress review meetings, technical meetings, client meetings, and vendor meetings
  • Support Procurement-related activities such as raising Material requisitions (MR), Technical Bid Clarification/Evaluation (TBC/ TBE), Draft Purchase Requisitions
  • Support bidding team by raising RFQs, Technical evaluation of bids, and cost estimate
  • Support construction by responding to construction site-related technical queries (tQ)
  • Review and comment on GES plus engineering deliverables on a case-by-case basis
  • Ensuring safety and quality of deliverables
  • Participate in Value engineering practices such as value engineering, lessons learned sessions, and Risk Assessment/Management Studies and workshops, Constructability studies and workshops
  • Ensure Customer satisfaction and appreciation, thereby enhancing the company's reputation and image, and facilitating repeated orders and goodwill

Requirements

Experience:

  • +10 years combined experience in Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals, Power Industry
  • Experience working with GES plus/ EPC Contractors on Saudi Aramco jobs, SABIC and other reputed organizations
  • Experience of attending FAT/SAT activities
  • Experience in support of pre-commissioning activities

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (BS, BE or B Tech) in Electrical
  • Training and certification courses

  • Knowledge and sound command over Saudi Aramco, Sabic, SEC, DEP, Royal Commission Standards, Codes and Practices. HCISS Standards and Regulations
  • Knowledge and sound command over International Codes and Standards such as ASME, ANSI, API, ATEX, JIS, CSA, NEC, NFPA, IEC, IEEE, FM, UL
  • Develop and prepare technical specifications and Data sheets for Switchyards, Transformers, Switchgears, MCCs, Reactors (Capacitors/capacitor bank and Inductors/ Inductor bank, Motors (Induction/Synchronous) UPS, Lighting System, DC Battery Banks, Power System Automation (PSA), ERMS, Fire Alarm and detection systems, cathodic protection systems, grounding systems, Power and Control Cables, Grounding cables, Cable trays and conduits
  • Prepare Layouts such as Grounding, Lighting, Substation Equipment Layout, Power and Control Cable routing (Tray and Conduit), Fire Alarm and Detection, Cathodic Protection
  • Prepare Electrical equipment Installation details, including cable tray installation, Cable termination, lighting pole, Junction Boxes and, panels and such
  • Prepare schedules such as Load List/ Schedule, Cable and Conduit schedule, Lighting and small power schedule, UPS Panel board schedule
  • Prepare single-line diagram, three-line Diagram, Power and Motor schematics
  • Calculations such as grounding, lighting illumination and lux, voltage drop and cable sizing (Grounding, power and control)
  • ETAP Study covering for load flow analysis, short circuit, motor starting, arc flash, relay coordination, harmonics, grounding grid and cable system
  • Sound knowledge of Process, Mechanical, Civil/Structural, instrumentation and Control requirements while establishing interdisciplinary interface and engineering
  • Actively participated in Safety Studies such as QRA, Envid, Hazid, Hazop and SIL
