تعلن شركة الفنار (alfanar) عن توفر وظيفة مهندس أول للمناقصات (Sr. Engineer, Tendering) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. الشركة هي مقاول من الدرجة الأولى في مجالات الهندسة والمشتريات والبناء (EPC) وتعمل في مشاريع الطاقة والمياه والنقل والتوزيع والمباني والأعمال الكهروميكانيكية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تدريب المرؤوسين وتشكيل فريق عمل فعال لضمان إنجاز المهام بكفاءة.
  • تقديم القيادة والتوجيه والتدريب للمرؤوسين في جميع جوانب عملهم.
  • تفويض المهام لكل مرؤوس وفقًا لاختصاصاته.
  • ضمان التوزيع العادل للمهام للحفاظ على الروح المعنوية وتحفيز المرؤوسين.
  • تنفيذ الأنشطة المخطط لها لتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية والتطويرية وفقًا لجداول التسليم.
  • استخدام الموارد بفعالية لتحقيق الأهداف بأقل تكلفة وفي وقت مناسب.
  • تقديم تقارير دورية توضح الانحرافات وتنفيذ المهام المخطط لها.
  • حل أي مشكلات ذات صلة تطرأ ورفع المشكلات التشغيلية المعقدة إلى المستوى الأعلى.
  • ضمان متطلبات الجودة لتطوير أنظمة رقابة فعالة ومواصفات للمنتجات أو العمليات أو الأنشطة ذات الصلة.
  • تنسيق أنظمة وسياسات وإجراءات مكتوبة محددة، والبحث عن فرص الأتمتة قدر الإمكان.
  • الامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات وتعليمات العمل ذات الصلة.
  • ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات السلامة والجودة والبيئة ضمن نطاق العمل المحدد لضمان السلامة والامتثال التشريعي وتقديم منتجات/خدمات عالية الجودة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
  • خبرة عملية من 5 إلى 10 سنوات.

Job Purpose

Key Accountability Areas

Management Accountability

  • Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
  • Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
  • Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.
  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
  • Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
