تعلن شركة عبد الله عبد العزيز البراك وشركاه (Abdullah A. Al-Barrak & Son Co.) عن توفر وظيفة رئيس مهندسي العمليات (Lead Process Engineer) في الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

قيادة تخصص العمليات (Process Discipline) والمشاركة الفاعلة في أنشطة العروض والمناقصات، وتقديم الدعم الفني خلال مرحلتي الإنشاء والتشغيل الأولي عند الحاجة. العمل في بيئة EPC على مشاريع مفردة أو متعددة، مع التركيز على الهندسة كخبرة أساسية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التخطيط والجدولة والمراقبة والتحكم في جميع الأنشطة الهندسية لتخصص العمليات.
  • التنسيق بين التخصصات المختلفة ودعم بناء روح الفريق.
  • المبادرة في تسليط الضوء على أي مشكلات أمام الإدارة للمساعدة في اتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية في الوقت المناسب.
  • المشاركة الفاعلة في اجتماعات مراجعة التقدم، والاجتماعات الفنية، واجتماعات العملاء والموردين.
  • دعم أنشطة المشتريات من خلال المساعدة في إعداد مستندات طلب المواد (MR) وتقييم العروض الفنية (TBC/TBE).
  • دعم فريق المناقصات في إعداد طلبات العروض (RFQ) والتقييم الفني للعروض.
  • دعم الإنشاء من خلال الرد على الاستفسارات الفنية المتعلقة بموقع الإنشاء (TQ).
  • مراجعة والتعليق على معايير GES Plus والمخرجات الهندسية حسب الحالة.
  • ضمان السلامة وجودة المخرجات.
  • المشاركة في ممارسات الهندسة القيمية مثل جلسات الدروس المستفادة ودراسات إدارة المخاطر وورش العمل.
  • ضمان رضا العملاء وتعزيز سمعة الشركة وصورتها لتسهيل تكرار الطلبات وحسن السمعة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في قطاعات النفط والغاز والبتروكيماويات والطاقة.
  • خبرة في العمل مع معايير GES Plus ومقاولي EPC في مشاريع أرامكو السعودية وSABIC وغيرها من المؤسسات المرموقة.
  • خبرة في دعم فريق أنشطة ما قبل التشغيل (pre-commissioning).
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية (BS, BE أو B Tech).
  • دورات تدريبية وشهادات معتمدة.

  • المهارات الفنية: معرفة شاملة بجميع جوانب تخصص العمليات في صناعات النفط والغاز والبتروكيماويات والطاقة والمياه، إتقان معايير أرامكو السعودية وSABIC وهيئة الكهرباء وSEC وDEP والهيئة الملكية ومعايير HCISS، إتقان المعايير الدولية مثل ASME وANSI وAPI وAWWA وJIS وCSA وNFPA وFM وUL، خبرة عملية في إعداد الرسوم البيانية للعمليات (BD) ورسوم تدفق المرافق/العمليات (UFD/PFD) ورسوم الأنابيب والأجهزة (P&ID) وموازين الحرارة والمواد (H&MB)، إجراء حسابات الهيدروليك والضغط للسوائل والغازات باستخدام برامج مثل AFT Fathom وAFT Arrow، تحليل المطرقة المائية/الموجة الصدمية باستخدام AFT Impulse/Pipe Net، تحليل شبكات الهيدروليك باستخدام Stoner أو ما يعادله، تحليل ومراجعة دراسات تدفق الخلائط باستخدام OLGA، خبرة في محاكاة Hysys ونمذجة العمليات، توفير بيانات العملية لجميع التخصصات الأخرى، المشاركة الفاعلة في مراجعات النماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد داخليًا ومع العميل، المشاركة في ورش الهندسة القيمية ودراسات السلامة مثل QRA وHAZID وENVID وHazop وSIL.

Job Summary: Leading Process discipline. Active participation and involvement in proposal and bidding activities. Technical support during construction and commissioning phases as deemed required. Engineering being the core expertise, active involvement on a daily basis during the engineering phase in an EPC Environment on single/multiple projects as the case may be.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling all engineering activities of the process discipline
  • Interdisciplinary coordination and support team building exercise
  • Proactive rather than reactive. Highlight any issues or problems in front of the management so as to help take remedial action on time
  • Active participation in progress review meetings, technical meetings, client meetings, and vendor meetings
  • Support Procurement-related activities by assisting other disciplines in their preparation of Material requisitions (MR), Technical Bid Clarification/Evaluation (TBC/ TBE)
  • Support bidding team by assisting other disciplines in their preparation of RFQs and technical evaluation of bids
  • Support construction by responding to construction site-related technical queries (TQ)
  • Review and comment on GES plus engineering deliverables on a case-by-case basis
  • Ensuring safety and quality of deliverables
  • Participate in Value engineering practices such as value engineering, lessons learned sessions, Risk Assessment/Management Studies and workshops, constructability studies and workshops
  • Ensure Customer satisfaction and appreciation, and build on the company's reputation and image, thereby facilitating repeat orders and goodwill

Requirements

Experience:

  • +10 years combined experience in Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals, Power Industry
  • Experience working with GES plus/ EPC Contractors on Saudi Aramco jobs, SABIC and other reputed organizations
  • Experience as a support team during pre-commissioning activities

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (BS, BE or B Tech) in Chemical
  • Training and certification courses

2- Technical Skills:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Process in all its aspects for Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals, Power, and Water Industries
  • Knowledge and sound command over Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SEC, DEP, Royal Commission Standards, Codes and Practices. HCISS Standards and Regulations
  • Knowledge and sound command over International Codes and Standards such as ASME, ANSI, API, AWWA, JIS, CSA, NFPA, FM, UL
  • Hands-on experience preparing process Block Diagrams (BD), Utility/Process Flow Diagrams (UFD/PFD), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), Heat and Material/Mass Balance (H&MB)
  • Process Hydraulics and pressure drop calculation for incompressible fluids (liquids), GAS using software such as AFT Fathom, AFT Arrow or equivalent engineering software
  • Water Hammer/Surge Analysis using AFT Impulse/ Pipe net
  • Hydraulic Network Analysis using Stoner or such
  • Analyze, review, and comment on the Flow Assurance study for mixed flow cases using OLGA Software
  • Experience in Hysys simulation and modelling process with all required stream information, such as H&MB, Composition, Properties and other process parameters
  • Provide process data to all disciplines such as Mechanical, Instrument, Piping and Electrical disciplines
  • Active participation in 3D model reviews internally with cross-discipline and with the client
  • Active participation in value engineering practices such as constructability workshops, Risk Assessment/Management workshops, Lessons learnt sessions,
  • Actively participated in Safety Studies such as QRA, HAZID, ENVID, Hazop, SIL
