الاتصالات السعودية تعلن عن وظيفة Senior Business Analyst في الرياض.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

القيام بالمهام المتقدمة والمعقدة في تحليل البيانات والمعلومات من خلال إدارة جمع البيانات وإجراء التحليلات المتقدمة ومراجعة التقارير الموثقة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • المشاركة في تخطيط مشاريع التحليل وإعداد التقارير في STC من خلال توفير الإحصائيات والوثائق ذات الصلة في الوقت المناسب.
  • المشاركة في إجراء تحليلات معقدة لبيانات الأعمال والسوق والأداء في STC ومراجعة التقارير ذات الصلة لضمان الدقة.
  • المشاركة في تنفيذ إجراءات التحليل وإعداد التقارير بما يتوافق مع جميع المتطلبات الإجرائية والتوثيقية والتشريعية ذات الصلة.
  • إجراء دراسات الجدوى والمشاركة في إعداد توقعات السوق وخطط النشاط والمساعدة في تتبع التقدم ونتائج الأعمال.
  • التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين داخل وخارج المنظمة لضمان معالجة جميع الأمور المتعلقة بالتحليل وإعداد التقارير بكفاءة.
  • إدارة العمليات اليومية للفريق ضمن نطاق محدد من خلال تنفيذ العمليات ذات الصلة وضمان الدقة.
  • توزيع خطط العمل على الفريق لضمان استمرارية العمل وإعداد التقارير اللازمة لاتخاذ القرارات والتخطيط الاستراتيجي.
  • المساعدة في التنسيق مع التعريفات الجمركية/التجار الدوليين بشكل منتظم والمساعدة في مراقبة المراكز التجارية لضمان عدم تجاوز الحدود المصرح بها.
  • تحليل ربحية الفرص التجارية المحتملة لضمان فعالية اتخاذ القرارات.
  • دعم أعضاء الفريق وحل الاستفسارات الروتينية لضمان استمرارية العمل.
  • التواصل مع المشرفين الآخرين لبناء علاقات عمل فعالة وتحديد أوجه التآزر.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو أي تخصص ذي صلة أو الهندسة.
  • يفضل درجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
  • شهادات مهنية إضافية ذات صلة.

Job Purpose

Jobs at this level are responsible in performing and assisting seniors in advanced and technically complex data, information analysis by managing data collection, performing complex analyses and reviewing all documented reports.

Job Responsibility

  • Participate in planning STC’s analysis and reporting projects, by providing all relevant statistics and documentation, in a timely manner.
  • Participate in performing complex analysis of STC’s business, market and performance data and reviews all relevant reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Participate in implementation of analysis and reporting procedures in compliance with all relevant procedural, documentation and legislative requirements.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, participates in preparing market forecasts and activity plans, and assists in tracking progress and business outcomes.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders both within and outside the organization to ensure that all analysis and reporting related matters are addressed and managed efficiently.
  • Manage day to day team operations within a specified scope, by undertaking related work processes and ensuring accuracy.
  • Allocate work plans to the team to ensure work continuity and prepares necessary reports for decision making and strategic planning purposes.
  • Assist in coordinating with international tariffs/traders on a regular basis and assists in monitoring the trading positions, in order to ensure no breach or over - exposure to their authorized positions.
  • Analyse profitability of potential business opportunities, in order to ensure effective decision making.
  • Support team members and resolves routine queries to ensure work continuity.
  • Liaise with other supervisors to build effective working relationships and identifies synergies.
