Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary depending on the position and may include:

• Lead, manage, or support the successful delivery of MEP, ELV, Fire Protection, BMS, and ICT works throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, cost control, contracts, commercial matters, logistics, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate technical submissions, shop drawings, BIM models, and engineering deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, international standards, and local authority regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance (QA/QC), Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), and company management systems.
• Support procurement, material expediting, document control, approvals, and project administration activities.
• Supervise and coordinate site teams, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient execution of works.
• Manage testing, commissioning, inspections, authority approvals, handover documentation, and project close-out.
• Promote continuous improvement, operational excellence, and cost optimization throughout project execution.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: Minimum 5-25+ years, depending on the position applied for.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in MEP, ELV, Fire Protection, BMS, ICT, or multidisciplinary building construction projects.
• Experience in commercial buildings, high-rise developments, hospitals, airports, industrial facilities, mixed-use developments, data centers, or other large-scale construction projects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of engineering standards, construction methodologies, QA/QC procedures, HSE requirements, and project execution.
• Experience using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent, where applicable.
• GCC or Middle East project experience is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, MRICS, CCM, PMI-SP, NEBOSH, IOSH, LEED, Autodesk Certified Professional, or equivalent will be an advantage, where applicable.
• Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills appropriate to the position applied for.
