Since its establishment, the company has successfully completed numerous projects ranging from airports, ports, marinas, roads, and bridges to high-speed railways, high-capacity power plants, and tourism facilities.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Environment Engineer to join our team for our road project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in environmental management for large-scale infrastructure, highway, transportation, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, compliance requirements, and environmental management systems.
• Experience in environmental monitoring programs, waste management, pollution control, and sustainability practices.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems and environmental auditing processes.
• Knowledge of environmental impact assessment (EIA) procedures and environmental risk management.
• Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Previous Middle East and Saudi Arabia project experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor environmental management plans (EMP) in compliance with project requirements, local regulations, and international environmental standards.
• Ensure project activities comply with environmental permits, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.
• Monitor environmental aspects related to construction activities, including air quality, noise, vibration, water quality, waste management, and soil protection.
• Conduct environmental inspections, audits, and site assessments to identify risks and ensure compliance.
• Prepare environmental reports, compliance documentation, incident investigations, and corrective action plans.
• Develop and implement waste management, pollution prevention, erosion control, and sustainability programs.
• Coordinate environmental monitoring activities and evaluate data related to dust emissions, wastewater management, noise levels, and environmental performance indicators.
• Support environmental impact assessments (EIA), environmental studies, and regulatory submissions when required.
• Provide environmental training and awareness programs for project staff, subcontractors, and workers.
• Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, clients, and stakeholders on environmental matters.
• Support ESG, sustainability, biodiversity protection, and environmental improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
• Investigate environmental incidents and non-conformities, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
