We are seeking an experienced Operation Team Lead to lead day-to-day IT operations and ensure the availability, stability, and performance of enterprise infrastructure and application environments. The ideal candidate will oversee operational activities, coordinate the technical team, manage incidents, and support containerized platforms across Linux and Windows environments.

This role is ideal for a technically strong operations professional with proven leadership capabilities, hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes, and the ability to maintain reliable and highly available technology environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the IT operations team and coordinate daily operational activities.
• Administer and support Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Manage and maintain Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms.
• Oversee clusters, high-availability environments, and containerized applications.
• Monitor infrastructure, systems, applications, and platform performance.
• Lead incident response, troubleshooting, escalation, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure operational issues are resolved within agreed service levels.
• Distribute workloads and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Coordinate system maintenance, upgrades, patches, and operational changes.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and support teams.
• Maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, and performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, operational efficiency, and service quality.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a closely related IT field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT operations, systems administration, or infrastructure management.
• Proven experience leading or supervising a technical operations team.
• Strong hands-on experience administering Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Practical experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Experience managing clusters, high-availability environments, and containerized applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• The applicant must be a Saudi national.
