شركة Alfa Laval تعلن عن وظيفة محلل مالي ومراقب (MESEA) في المنطقة الشرقية، الخبر، السعودية. المسؤول عن تحليل وعرض المعلومات المالية للمنطقة، إعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات، مراقبة المبيعات والتكاليف، ودعم قواعد البيانات المالية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق وتوجيه إعداد الميزانية والتوقعات المالية وتحديث تكاليف العمليات.
- صيانة وتطوير أدوات التحليل المالي والرقابة، بما في ذلك قواعد بيانات المبيعات والمالية.
- إجراء تحليل منتظم لأداء الأعمال والانحرافات في منطقة MESEA، بما في ذلك تحليل التكاليف وصيانة توزيع التكاليف.
- الاستجابة للطلبات المخصصة من وحدات الأعمال ومستخدمي البيانات المالية الآخرين.
- المساهمة في إغلاق الشهر ونهاية السنة.

- التعاون مع تقنية المعلومات وهندسة البيانات لحل مشكلات جودة البيانات وتحسين خطوط البيانات.
- دعم معرفة البيانات من خلال العمل كسفير للبيانات لمساعدة أصحاب المصلحة على الخدمة الذاتية.
- تحسين العمليات التجارية باستمرار وضمان قياس أداء مالي مناسب (KPI).
- تقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة للعملاء الداخليين والخارجيين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس، ويفضل درجة الماجستير.
- كفاءة تقنية في إدارة قواعد البيانات وأدوات تحليل البيانات وبعض البرمجة.
- معرفة وخبرة في العمل مع قواعد البيانات والأدوات التحليلية.
- فهم قوي وخبرة في العمل مع تدفقات البيانات المالية وعمليات الأعمال.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في أدوار مماثلة.
- القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة بمواعيد نهائية صارمة مع جودة بيانات عالية.
- فطنة تجارية.
- مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والتواصل والعرض.
- الالتزام بتقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة ودعم.

Key Tasks And Responsibilities
In this job the Financial Data Analytics and Control MESEA will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts and Service operations Costing Update.
- Maintain and develop Analytics and FC tools, including sales and financial databases.
- Perform regular analysis of business performance and variances in MESEA region.
- including cost analysis and maintenance of cost allocation.
- Respond to ad hoc requests from business units and other users of financial data.
- Contribution to monthly and year end closings.
- Ensure a second level of quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Quarterly and year-end local and ad hoc data for corporate management.
- Extract, clean, and transform financial data from various internal systems and databases.
- Build, maintain, and optimize self-service dashboards for finance stakeholders, and resolve data mapping issues between source systems and the
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering to resolve data quality issues and improve data pipelines
- Supporting data literacy by acting as a data ambassador to help stakeholders self-serve.
- Continuous improvement of business processes and ensure suitable financial performance measurement (KPI).
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers
- BA, preferably master’s degree
- Technical proficiency managing databases, data analytics tools and some programming.
- Knowledge and experience of working with databases and analytical
- Strong understanding of and experience working with businesses and financial data flows and processes.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles
- Ability to manage multiple assignments with strict deadlines with high data quality.
