تعلن شركة Alfa Laval عن توفر وظيفة مدير محاسبة (Accounting Manager) في الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية. يشغل هذا المنصب مسؤولية إدارة وتطوير وظيفة المحاسبة المالية والقيادة داخل المؤسسة لضمان تنفيذ جميع أنشطة المحاسبة المالية ومحاسبة التكاليف وإعداد التقارير وفقًا لبروتوكولات وإجراءات الشركة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المسؤولية عن دفع اعتماد التوجه الاستراتيجي وضمان تنفيذه داخل قسم المالية.
- المسؤولية عن المحاسبة النظامية والجماعية، إقفال الدفاتر، وإعداد التقارير الشهرية لجميع كيانات الشركة في السعودية مع ضمان جودة البيانات والامتثال والتوقيت المناسب.
- إعداد التقارير المالية مثل قوائم الدخل والميزانيات العمومية وتحليل الانحرافات.
- الإشراف على استثمار الأموال وإدارة المخاطر المرتبطة والإشراف على أنشطة إدارة النقد.
- صرف ومحاسبة الرواتب والمكافآت والإجازات ومكافآت نهاية الخدمة والتنسيق مع الموارد البشرية المحلية والإقليمية للامتثال لقوانين العمل المحلية.
- إنشاء ومراقبة تنفيذ وصيانة إجراءات الرقابة المحاسبية لضمان الامتثال للقواعد النظامية والجماعية.
- المسؤولية عن التنبؤ بالتكاليف والشؤون المالية للشركات.
- المسؤولية عن إدارة التدفقات النقدية وإدارة المخاطر المرتبطة.
- المسؤولية عن تطبيق إجراءات حفظ ومراقبة الأصول والسجلات وضمانات القروض والأوراق المالية.
- تنسيق برامج المخاطر والتأمين للمنشآت للتحكم في المخاطر والخسائر.
- إطلاع إدارة ALMEA على المتطلبات القانونية الجديدة والقواعد واللوائح في الوقت المناسب واقتراح الإجراءات المناسبة.
- التنسيق والتواصل مع البنوك المحلية بشأن جميع القضايا ذات الصلة.
- إعداد وتنفيذ المراجعات المالية والضريبية بالتعاون الوثيق مع إدارة المالية في ALMEA وشركة المراجعة المعينة.
- ضمان الامتثال لضريبة القيمة المضافة وضريبة الدخل وضرائب الرواتب ولوائح WHT وتقديم الإقرارات الضريبية الشهرية والربعية والسنوية.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح التسعير التحويلي (DFCT, CbCr وغيرها).
- إدارة الأداء والتدريب والتوجيه أثناء العمل للموظفين تحت نطاق المسؤولية.
- المهام والمبادرات والمشاريع العرضية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية مع شهادة مهنية (ACCA، AICPA، CA، أو CIMA) وخبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات بعد الحصول على الشهادة.
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل مع المراجعات الخارجية ومعرفة عملية قوية بمعايير IFRS واللوائح الضريبية المطبقة.
- خبرة قوية في أطر الرقابة الداخلية، بما في ذلك تصميم العمليات التجارية وتنفيذها والتحسين المستمر.
- خبرة صناعية ذات صلة في دور مماثل ومستوى مسؤولية مماثل.

Main Purpose Of This Job
- Managing and developing financial accounting function and assume a leadership role within the organization to make sure all financial accounting, cost accounting and reporting activities are performed according to the company's reporting protocols and procedures.
- Full ownership of AL Arabia and AL RHQ financial statements.
- Internal control is responsible for all finance related processes.
- Responsible for ensuring that reporting and accounting systems comply with local laws, IFRS, ALMEA and Group Policies
In this job the Accounting Manager will be responsible for:
- Responsible for driving adoption of strategic direction and ensuring implementation of the same within the Finance Department.
- Responsible for statutory and group accounting, book closing, reporting on monthly basis for all KSA entities ensuring data quality, compliance and timeliness.
- Preparation of financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, analyze deviations.
- Oversee the investment of funds, manage associated risks, supervise cash management activities.
- Disbursement and Accounting for Payroll, Bonus, Leave & EOSB and coordination with local and regional HR to comply with the local labour laws.
- Establish & monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures ensuring compliance with statutory & group rules
- Responsible for Forecasting of Costs and Financial affairs of the companies.
- Responsible for cash flow management and management of associated risks.
- Responsible for upholding procedures for custody and control of assets, records, loan collateral, and securities, to ensure safekeeping.
- Coordinate risk and insurance programs of establishments to control risks and losses.
- Keep the ALMEA management up to date with new applicable legal requirements, rules and regulations in time and propose adequate action.
- Liaise and coordinate all relevant issues with the local banks.
- Prepare and execute financial and tax audits in close cooperation with the ALMEA finance management and the appointed audit firm.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, Income Tax, Payroll taxes and WHT regulations and monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns filing
- Ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing (DFCT, CbCr etc.) regulations
- Performance management, coaching and on job training of staff under area of responsibility
- Ad hoc tasks, initiatives and projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with professional certification (ACCA, AICPA, CA, or CIMA) and a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience working with external audits and strong practical knowledge of IFRS and applicable tax regulations.
- Solid experience within internal control frameworks, including business process design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
- Relevant industry experience in a similar role and level of responsibility.
- Work-methodology: structured approach to tasks given with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Team-work attitude: above-average relationship building skills partnered with relevant business communication & written skills.
- Solid hands-on experience with accounting principles and their practical application in a business environment
- Good knowledge of KSA accounting framework, taxation and IFRS standards.
