تعلن شركة ألفا لافال، الرائدة عالمياً في منتجات النقل الحراري والفصل ومعالجة السوائل، عن توفر وظيفة مهندس خدمة ميدانية في الجبيل، المملكة العربية السعودية. هذه فرصة للانضمام إلى فريق ديناميكي يركز على العملاء ويساهم في دعم العمليات الصناعية في أحد أهم الأسواق الإقليمية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الالتزام بسلوك السلامة أولاً (توقف-فكر-تصرف).
  • إجراء أعمال التركيب والتشغيل والفحص والإصلاح والتدقيق، وتطوير الحلول، واكتشاف الأعطال، وإجراء الصيانة لمنتجات مثل الفواصل عالية السرعة (HSS) وأجهزة الطرد المركزي (decanters) المستخدمة في مختلف الصناعات، بالإضافة إلى المبادلات الحرارية اللوحية.
  • استكشاف الأعطال وإصلاح أنظمة التحكم الكهربائي / PLC (أنظمة التحكم EPC، 2 Touch، Basic وPlus)، وتدريب طواقم العملاء على معدات Alfa Laval.
  • تقديم الدعم الفني في الموقع وخدمات الصيانة واستكشاف الأعطال.
  • تنفيذ أنشطة التدقيق والصيانة المتعلقة باتفاقيات الخدمة.
  • إعداد تقارير الخدمة وتوثيق كل زيارة، وتسجيل جميع الملاحظات والتوصيات والالتزامات مع العميل.
  • الالتزام بجميع سياسات الشركة المتعلقة بالسلامة والجودة والبيئة والصحة المهنية (QHSE) والإجراءات التشغيلية.
  • الاستخدام الفعال لأدوات أنظمة الشركة (OneService، تطبيق Lead، تطبيق الإبلاغ عن الحوادث الوشيكة HSE Near miss (MEA Alert)، بوابة التعلم الإلكتروني، Workday، Sensei IB).
  • توليد فرص أعمال الخدمة من خلال الاستخدام الفعال لتطبيق Lead الخاص بمهندسي الخدمة الميدانية.
  • الإبلاغ عن الحوادث الوشيكة باستخدام المنصة الرقمية للصحة والسلامة والبيئة (MEA Alert).
  • تقديم تقارير الخدمة وتقارير المصروفات والرواتب في الوقت المحدد، بالإضافة إلى تقارير الخدمة الموقعة من العميل والتي توثق ساعات العمل.
  • دعم وظائف المبيعات في تقديم الحلول التقنية والمشاركة في المنتديات الفنية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خلفية هندسية (كهرباء / أتمتة / ميكانيكا) مع خبرة عملية، ويفضل التخصص في الكهرباء.
  • خبرة في أجهزة التحكم في العمليات، وفهم البرمجيات المبرمجة، ومعرفة بشبكات الصناعة (ميزة إضافية).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 2-5 سنوات في الخدمة الميدانية للمعدات الكهربائية / الميكانيكية، والمبادلات الحرارية، وأجهزة الطرد المركزي، والفواصل عالية السرعة والمعدات المرتبطة بها (يفضل من لديه خبرة في الخدمة الميدانية في السعودية أو دول الخليج).
  • معرفة جيدة ومهارات عملية في حزمة Microsoft Office وإعداد التقارير الرقمية.
  • مهارات تواصل وتفاوض جيدة، مع القدرة على التعبير عن الأفكار شفهياً وكتابياً بفعالية لجميع المستويات.
  • رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول، ويفضل من يحمل رخصة قيادة سعودية أو خليجية.
  • المرونة والاستعداد للقيام بمهام وطنية ودولية طويلة الأجل، والعمل لساعات إضافية عند الحاجة.
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والاستجابة للمهام في وقت قصير.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.

The Alfa Laval Field Service Operations Department in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Jubail

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to become part of a dynamic, competent, and customer-focused organization.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality field service support while contributing to the continued growth and success of our operations in one of the region's most important industrial markets in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safety 1st Behavioral Attitude. (Stop-Think-Act)
  • Perform installation, commissioning, inspection, repair activities, Audits, developing solutions, fault finding, repairs and maintenance of products such as high-speed separators (HSS) & decanters used in various process industries and plate heat exchangers.
  • Troubleshooting of Electrical / PLC controls (EPC controls, 2 touch, basic & Plus controls), training customer crew on Alfa Laval equipment.
  • Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services.
  • Executing Audits and maintenance activities related to Service Agreements.
  • Preparing service reports, ensuring documentation of every visit and minute all observations, recommendations and commitments with the customer.
  • Adhere to all company safety (QHSE) policies, quality, and operational procedures.
  • Effective using of AL system tools (OneService, Lead app, HSE Near miss app (MEA Aleart), E-Learning portal, Workday, Sensei IB).
  • Generate service business Leads by effective using of the FSE Lead app.
  • Reporting Near Miss using the HSE digital platform (MEA Aleart).
  • Timely submission of Service reports, Expense report and payroll, customer signed timesheet service reports.
  • Supporting Sales functions in technical solutions and participate in technical forums.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Engineering background / Electrical / Automation/ Mechanical with hands on experience (Electrical background will be preferred).
  • Process control instrumentation, understanding of software programmed and industrial networking experience and knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 2-5 years field service experience in Electrical / Mechanical equipment, heat exchangers, decanters, high speed separators and associated equipment, (Field service experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC, preference will be given.)
  • Good knowledge & practical skills in Microsoft office packages and digital reporting.
  • Good communication & negotiation skills. Express verbal and written ideas effectively to all levels of people.
