Role Description The Secretary role at Atyab Najd Medical Co. is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, as well as providing executive administrative assistance to senior management when required. The role involves responding to inquiries, supporting internal and external communication, and delivering professional customer service to visitors, clients, and partners. The Secretary will ensure efficient office operations and support the smooth execution of daily business activities.
Qualifications
- Strong clerical skills, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and record management.
