تفاصيل الوظيفة
شركة ASMACS تطلب مدير مخازن (Stores Incharge) للعمل في السعودية ضمن قطاع التموين (Catering Operation).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة عمليات المتجر اليومية بما في ذلك التحكم في المخزون واستلام المواد وإصدار المخزون.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لمستويات المخزون وضمان التوثيق وإعداد التقارير المناسبة.
- التنسيق مع فرق المشتريات والصيانة لضمان توفر المواد في الوقت المناسب.
- إجراء مراجعات دورية للمخزون وتسوية الفروقات لتقليل التناقضات.
- التنسيق مع الموردين لتسليم المواد والتحقق منها.
- تشغيل وإدارة نظام CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) لأوامر العمل وتتبع الأصول.
- تسجيل وتتبع وتحديث طلبات الصيانة عبر نظام CAFM.
- إعداد تقارير تتعلق بإدارة الأصول والصيانة الوقائية وسجل الخدمة.
- ضمان توثيق عمليات المنشأة والامتثال لمعايير الشركة.
- المساعدة في تحسين سير العمل باستخدام أدوات CAFM بفعالية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- المؤهل: ثانوية عامة أو أي مؤهل جامعي.
- الخبرة: من 5 إلى 8 سنوات في مجال إدارة المخازن.
- الوظيفة مخصصة للمرشحين الهنود فقط.
- القدرة على التعامل مع نظام CAFM.

Job Desperation
- Managed day-to-day store operations, including inventory control, material receiving, and stock issuance.
- Maintained accurate records of stock levels, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
- Coordinated with procurement and maintenance teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Conducted regular stock audits and reconciliations to minimize discrepancies.
- Handled vendor coordination for material delivery and verification.
- Operated and managed CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) system for work orders and asset trackin
- Logged, tracked, and updated maintenance requests through the CAFM system.
- Generated reports related to asset management, preventive maintenance, and service history.
