نحن نبحث عن مطور SailPoint Identity (IIQ) أول متمرس وذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريق إدارة الهوية والوصول. في هذا الدور، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تصميم وتنفيذ وصيانة حلول حوكمة الهوية، مع التعاون الوثيق مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف لترجمة المتطلبات التقنية المعقدة إلى نتائج عملية تتماشى مع أهداف العمل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتطوير وصيانة حلول SailPoint IIQ بما في ذلك سير العمل، والقواعد، والأدوار، والسياسات لدعم حوكمة الهوية في المؤسسة.
- تكوين وإدارة الموصّلات بما في ذلك Web Service وJDBC وActive Directory لتمكين تكامل بيانات الهوية بسلاسة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، أو تقنية المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- 4-5 سنوات من الخبرة العملية مع SailPoint IIQ.
- يجب أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية.
- خبرة عملية مع موصّلات Web Service وJDBC وActive Directory.
- خبرة في إنشاء وتعديل النماذج وسير العمل المخصصة.
- مهارات قوية في تصحيح الأخطاء واستكشاف المشكلات المتعلقة بالتزويد والنظام.
- فهم جيد لعمليات الانضمام والنقل والمغادرة وكيفية تشغيلها في SailPoint IIQ.
- مهارات تواصل قوية والقدرة على العمل مع عدة فرق.
- القدرة على ترجمة التفاصيل التقنية إلى لغة أعمال بسيطة.
- مهارات قوية في التوثيق والتحليل.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل اللفظي والكتابي (باللغة الإنجليزية).

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced SailPoint Identity (IIQ) Senior Developer to join our Identity & Access Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining identity governance solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical requirements into practical, business-aligned outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IIQ solutions including workflows, rules, roles, and policies to support enterprise identity governance.
- Configure and manage connectors including Web Service, JDBC, and Active Directory to enable seamless identity data integration.
- Build and customize forms, workflows, and provisioning plans to meet business and compliance requirements.
- Implement and manage Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes to ensure timely and accurate access provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning failures, connector issues, and system-level incidents in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable IAM solutions.
- Produce clear technical documentation including design specs, configuration guides, and process flows for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support access reviews, certification campaigns, and audit activities to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ.
- Must be Saudi Nationality
- Practical experience with Web Service, JDBC, and Active Directory connectors.
- Experience creating and modifying custom forms and workflows.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for provisioning and system issues.
- Good understanding of Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes and how they are triggered in SailPoint IIQ.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams.
- Ability to translate technical details into simple business language.
- Strong documentation and analysis skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
- SailPoint IIQ certification(s) are a plus and will be viewed favourably.
