تبحث exequt MENA عن مهندس مبيعات تقنية في الأمن السيبراني لدعم أنشطة تطوير الأعمال والمبيعات من خلال تصميم حلول أمنية، والتفاعل مع العملاء، وتقديم الخبرة الفنية طوال دورة المبيعات. يجب أن يتمتع المرشح المثالي بمعرفة تقنية قوية، ومهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض، وفهم جيد للوائح الأمن السيبراني السعودية، وخبرة في العمل مع كبار موردي الأمن السيبراني وعملاء المؤسسات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التفاعل مع العملاء لفهم المتطلبات التجارية والفنية والتشغيلية والامتثالية.
- تصميم والتوصية بحلول أمنية تتماشى مع احتياجات العملاء وأفضل الممارسات.
- إجراء عروض تقديمية تقنية، وورش عمل، وأنشطة إثبات المفهوم (POC).
- إعداد المقترحات الفنية، وهياكل الحلول، وقوائم المواد، وبيانات نطاق العمل، والردود على طلبات العروض (RFPs/RFQs).
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق المبيعات لتحديد الفرص ودعم نمو الإيرادات.
- التنسيق مع الموردين والموزعين للتسعير، وتسجيل الصفقات، والدعم الفني، وتحديد موضع الحلول.
- دعم تسليم المشاريع لفرق التنفيذ.
- البقاء على اطلاع دائم بتقنيات الأمن السيبراني واتجاهات السوق والمتطلبات التنظيمية داخل المملكة.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء والموردين والموزعين والشركاء الاستراتيجيين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الأمن السيبراني، أمن المعلومات، علوم الحاسب، تقنية المعلومات، الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال المبيعات التقنية للأمن السيبراني أو الاستشارات أو الهندسة داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.
- خبرة في دعم عملاء من قطاعات المؤسسات أو الحكومة أو القطاعات المنظمة.
- فهم قوي لتقنيات الأمن السيبراني وهندسة الأمان.
- فهم جيد لأطر الامتثال السعودية، بما في ذلك: الضوابط الأساسية للأمن السيبراني (NCA ECC)، الضوابط السحابية (NCA CCC)، قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية (PDPL)، متطلبات NDMO، إطار SAMA للأمن السيبراني، ISO 27001 والمعايير ذات الصلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل مع عملاء في واحد أو أكثر من: الحكومة، الخدمات المالية والبنوك، الرعاية الصحية، الطيران والنقل، النفط والغاز، أو الطاقة والبنية التحتية الحيوية.
- علاقات قوية مع موردي وموزعي الأمن السيبراني في السعودية، وخبرة في العمل مع موردين مثل Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Cisco, Microsoft Security, CrowdStrike, Trend Micro, Check Point, Forcepoint, CyberArk, One Identity, Saviynt, Securiti, LogRhythm, Splunk, Proofpoint, BlackBerry أو ما شابه.
المهارات المطلوبة
- شهادة Security+, SSCP, CISSP (مساعد أو كامل)، أو CISM.
- شهادة PMP.
- شهادات Fortinet NSE/FCP، Palo Alto Networks، أو Microsoft Security.
- شهادات CyberArk, One Identity أو غيرها من الشهادات ذات الصلة من الموردين.

What You Will Do
- Engage with customers to understand business, technical, operational, and compliance requirements
- Design and recommend cybersecurity solutions aligned with customer needs and industry best practices
- Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept (POC) activities
- Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, BOMs, SOWs, and responses to RFPs/RFQs
- Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities and support revenue growth
- Coordinate with vendors and distributors for pricing, deal registrations, technical support, and solution positioning
- Support project handovers to delivery and implementation teams
- Stay current on cybersecurity technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements within Saudi Arabia
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, distributors, and strategic partners
You have done this kind of work before and can point at things you've shipped. Specifically:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in cybersecurity presales, cybersecurity consulting, or cybersecurity engineering within Saudi Arabia
- Experience supporting enterprise, government, or regulated-sector customers
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and security architecture
- Good understanding of Saudi compliance frameworks, including:
- NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC)
- NCA Cloud Cybersecurity Controls (CCC)
- Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL)
- National Data Management Office (NDMO) Requirements
- SAMA Cybersecurity Framework
- ISO 27001 and related security standards
- Demonstrated experience with customers in one or more of: Government, Financial Services & Banking, Healthcare, Aviation & Transportation, Oil & Gas, or Energy and Critical Infrastructure
- Strong relationships with cybersecurity vendors and distributors in Saudi Arabia, and experience working with leading vendors such as Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Cisco, Microsoft Security, CrowdStrike, Trend Micro, Check Point, Forcepoint, CyberArk, One Identity, Saviynt, Securiti, LogRhythm, Splunk, Proofpoint, BlackBerry, or similar
- Security+, SSCP, CISSP (Associate or Full), or CISM
- PMP
- Fortinet NSE/FCP, Palo Alto Networks Certifications, or Microsoft Security Certifications
- CyberArk, One Identity, or other relevant vendor certifications
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
