نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيتولى مدير التحليل المالي التطويري الإشراف على التقييمات المالية الشاملة لمشاريع التطوير المختلفة، بما في ذلك دراسات الجدوى والنمذجة المالية. سيقود فريقاً متخصصاً لضمان أن تكون الاستثمارات سليمة استراتيجياً وقابلة للاستمرار مالياً، بما يتماشى مع الرؤية طويلة المدى للقدية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- توجيه وإدارة التحليل المالي والتخطيط لجميع مشاريع التطوير، بما في ذلك الإشراف على النمذجة المالية والتنبؤ وإعداد التقارير.
- إجراء دراسات جدوى متعمقة لتقييم الجدوى المالية للمبادرات المقترحة.
- التعاون مع فرق المشروع وأصحاب المصلحة لجمع البيانات اللازمة للتخطيط والتحليل المالي الفعال.
- إعداد تقارير مالية مفصلة وعروض تقديمية للإدارة العليا لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.
- تحديد المخاطر المالية المرتبطة بمشاريع التطوير واقتراح حلول للتخفيف منها.
- تحسين العمليات والأدوات والمنهجيات المالية المستخدمة في التحليل لزيادة الكفاءة والدقة.
- مراقبة اتجاهات السوق وأفضل الممارسات في التحليل المالي المتعلق بالتطوير والعقارات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو الاقتصاد أو مجال ذي صلة؛ يفضل درجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12-16 سنة في التحليل المالي، وخاصة في قطاعي التطوير أو العقارات.
- خبرة مثبتة في النمذجة المالية، وتقييمات الجدوى، وتحليل الاستثمار.
- قدرات تحليلية واستراتيجية قوية، مع القدرة على تفسير البيانات المالية المعقدة بفعالية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين، والقدرة على التفاعل مع أصحاب المصلحة على مختلف المستويات.
- خبرة قيادية مثبتة في إدارة الفرق وتعزيز التعاون وتحقيق النتائج.
- إتقان استخدام برامج التحليل المالي ومهارات متقدمة في Excel.

The Director - Development Financial Analysis will oversee comprehensive financial assessments for various development projects, including feasibility studies and financial modeling. You will lead a skilled team dedicated to ensuring that our investments are strategically sound and financially viable, aligning with the long-term vision of Qiddiya.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage the financial analysis and planning for all development projects, including overseeing financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting
- Conduct in-depth feasibility studies to assess the financial viability of proposed initiatives
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to accurately gather data necessary for effective financial planning and analysis
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management, supporting strategic decision-making
- Identify financial risks associated with development projects and propose mitigating solutions
- Enhance financial processes, tools, and methodologies used for analysis to improve overall efficiency and accuracy
- Monitor market trends and best practices in financial analysis related to development and real estate
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
- A minimum of 12-16 years of experience in financial analysis, particularly within the development or real estate sectors
- Proven expertise in conducting financial modeling, feasibility assessments, and investment analysis
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to effectively interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with stakeholders at various levels
