نبذة عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن مطور موهوب لتطوير واختبار وصيانة تطبيقات الأندرويد. ستعمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لفهم متطلبات المشاريع وتصميم واجهات المستخدم وتنفيذ ميزات التطبيق، بالإضافة إلى التعاون مع مدراء المنتجات ومصممي تجربة المستخدم لتقديم تطبيقات عالية الجودة وسهلة الاستخدام. تتطلب هذه الوظيفة فهماً قوياً لتقنيات وأطر تطوير الأجهزة المحمولة، بالإضافة إلى مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات وتصحيح الأخطاء. نرحب بجميع مستويات الخبرة للتقديم.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير تطبيقات أندرويد وSDK: تصميم وتطوير وصيانة تطبيقات أندرويد متطورة باستخدام Java وKotlin.
  • إنشاء وتحسين حزم SDK لمنصة أندرويد لضمان التكامل السلس للمطورين الخارجيين.
  • مراجعة الكود وتحسين الأداء: إجراء مراجعات دقيقة للكود لضمان الالتزام بمعايير الترميز وأفضل الممارسات والأداء.
  • تحديد ومعالجة اختناقات الأداء والأخطاء والمشكلات الأخرى لتحسين أداء التطبيق وSDK.
  • المساهمة في مشاريع التطوير عبر المنصات باستخدام تقنيات مثل React Native (ميزة إضافية).
  • القيادة التقنية: تقديم التوجيه الفني والإرشاد للمطورين المبتدئين.
  • التعاون مع كبار المطورين والمهندسين المعماريين لاتخاذ قرارات تقنية مدروسة.
  • التعاون والتواصل: العمل عن كثب مع مدراء المنتجات ومصممي UI/UX وفرق ضمان الجودة لتقديم منتجات عالية الجودة.
  • التواصل الفعال مع أعضاء الفريق لتسهيل عملية التطوير.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة مهنية في تطوير تطبيقات الأندرويد.
  • إتقان استخدام Java وKotlin في تطوير تطبيقات الأندرويد.
  • خبرة في بناء وصيانة حزم SDK لنظام أندرويد.
  • القدرة على كتابة كود نظيف وقابل للقراءة.
  • فهم جيد لأدوات التحكم في الإصدارات مثل Git.
  • معرفة بالنظام البيئي مفتوح المصدر لأندرويد والمكتبات المتاحة للمهام الشائعة.
  • القدرة على فهم متطلبات الأعمال وترجمتها إلى متطلبات تقنية.
  • الإلمام بـ RESTful APIs لربط تطبيقات أندرويد بالخدمات الخلفية.
  • الإلمام بـ cloud message APIs والإشعارات الفورية.
  • فهم قوي لمبادئ تصميم أندرويد وأنماطه وأفضل الممارسات.
  • فهم جيد لأنماط MVC وMVP وMVVM.
  • معرفة قوية بمبادئ SOLID ومفاهيم البرمجة كائنية التوجه.
  • خبرة في تحسين الأداء وتحسين استهلاك الذاكرة.
  • معرفة شاملة بدورة حياة تطوير تطبيقات الأندرويد الكاملة.
  • خبرة في تقنيات التطوير عبر المنصات مثل React Native (ميزة إضافية).
  • مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات وتصحيح الأخطاء.
  • مهارات تواصل فعالة شفهياً وكتابياً.

As a Mobile Developer at InnovationTeam, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining mobile applications for Android platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, design user interfaces, and implement app features. Additionally, you will work closely with product managers and UX designers to deliver high-quality, user-friendly mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Android Application and SDK Development:
    • Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated Android applications using both Java and Kotlin
    • Create and enhance SDKs for Android, ensuring seamless integration for external developers
  • Code Review and Optimization:
    • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance
    • Identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues for optimal application and SDK performance
  • Cross-Platform Experience: (Nice to have)
    • Utilize expertise in other mobile technologies, such as React Native, to contribute to cross-platform development projects
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
    • Collaborate with other senior developers and architects to make informed technical decisions
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products
    • Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate a seamless development process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Professional Android development experience
  • Proficiency in both Java and Kotlin for Android application development
  • Experience in building and maintaining SDKs for Android
  • Clean & readable code writing
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
  • Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
  • Familiarity with Restful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
  • Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
  • Strong understanding of Android design principles, patterns, and best practices
  • A good understanding of MVC, MVP & MVVM patterns
  • Strong knowledge of SOLID principles and object-oriented programming concepts
  • Expertise in performance tuning and memory optimization
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the complete mobile development life cycle
  • Experience with cross-platform development technologies, such as React Native, is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
