Rotana Hotels تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مدير فندق (Hotel Manager) في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- توجيه التطوير التشغيلي والتقدم للفندق وإدارة تنفيذ وتحسين المعايير والخدمات بشكل عام.
- تحديد معايير النجاح الرئيسية لتحقيق خطة العمل والأهداف.
- إنشاء وتأسيس العقار في الأسواق المستهدفة المحددة، وإدارة الأعمال وتطوير وتنفيذ خطة العمل على مستوى الفندق والشركة.
- تصميم استراتيجيات فعالة وناجحة للمبيعات والتسعير والتوزيع والعائد لتعزيز الربحية.
- المشاركة الكاملة في العمليات اليومية للفندق مع ظهور عالٍ.
- وضع أنظمة وضوابط فعالة لضمان سير عمل الأقسام بسلاسة وباستمرار.
- المشاركة الفعالة في تطوير جميع المناصب الإدارية الرئيسية وإدارة معدل دوران الموظفين والتوظيف وتطوير الموظفين ضمن المعايير المدرجة في الميزانية.
- إنشاء وصيانة وتشجيع علاقات ممتازة مع الجمهور والموظفين.
- وضع نهج استباقي للبيع والتسويق والترويج لكامل محفظة الأنشطة في جميع أنحاء الفندق.
- العمل بالشراكة وتطوير علاقة وثيقة مع الملاك ومديري الأصول.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الضيافة أو مجال ذي صلة من كلية أو جامعة معتمدة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن مهمتين مكتملتين كمدير فندق في قطاعات سوقية مماثلة.
- إجادة استخدام الحاسوب ومهارات اتصال فعالة ومتميزة شفهياً وكتابياً، مع خبرة سابقة قوية في الغرف والمبيعات تعتبر ميزة واضحة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في قيادة العمليات وفطنة مالية مع عين حريصة على الجودة والتفاصيل والقدرة على دفع الحلول.
- أسلوب قيادة عملي وإدارة في الموقع مع مهارات بناء علاقات جيدة ومراجع ممتازة من أصحاب العمل والموظفين السابقين.
- مدير ديناميكي وريادي ينشط ويحفز العمليات بثقة وأسلوب.

Job Description
As a Hotel Manager you are responsible to direct the operational development and progress of the hotel and manage overall standard and service implementation and improvement.
The role involves to determine key success criteria for achieving business plan and goals and will include key responsibilities such as-
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should ideally be holding a degree in hospitality management or a related field from an accredited college or university with a minimum of at least two completed assignments as Hotel Manager within similar market segments. You must be a computer literate with effective and outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written whereby very strong previous rooms and sales experiences are seen as a distinct advantage.
Knowledge & Competencies
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading operations and be a financial acumen coupled with a keen eye to quality and detail along with the ability to drive through solutions. You are a leader who is naturally hands on, with an on-site management style, good relationship building skills and great references from previous employers as well as employees. Ideally you are a dynamic and entrepreneurial Manager, who invigorates and motivates the operation with confidence and style while possessing following additional competencies-
Growing the Business
Leading People
Managing Diversity
Developing Talent
Customer Focus
Leading Operations
Building Relationships
Drive for Results

- Create and establish the property on defined target markets, business management and develop and fulfill the defined business plan at a hotel and company level
- Design effective and successful sales, pricing, distributions and yielding strategies to achieve and enhance profitability
- Be fully involved operationally with high visibility in the day to day business of the hotel
- Set effective systems and controls to ensure the consistent smooth running of departments
- Actively participate in the development of all key managerial positions and manage effectively labor turnover, recruitment and employee development within budgeted parameters
- Create, maintain and encourage excellent public and employee relations
- Establish a proactive approach to the selling, marketing and merchandising of the full portfolio of activities throughout the hotel
- Work in partnership and develop a close relationship with owners and asset managers
