The Security Cloud Solution Architecture Manager leads a team of security solution architects focused on helping customers successfully adopt, optimize, and expand their use of Microsoft security solutions.You will coach and empower your team to solve complex customer challenges, drive business value, and deliver excellent customer experiences. Working across Microsoft, you will help remove obstacles, coordinate resources, and ensure customers achieve their security and transformation goals.This role combines customer leadership, technical strategy, business growth, and people management. Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Security Cloud Solution Architects focused on helping customers strengthen their cybersecurity posture and achieve business outcomes.
- Partner with CISOs, CIOs, and senior technology leaders to shape security strategies, transformation roadmaps, and long-term technology investments.
- Help customers reduce cyber risk by designing and promoting secure, resilient, and scalable cloud architectures aligned with Zero Trust principles.
- Drive adoption and business value from Microsoft Security, Cloud, and AI solutions, ensuring customers realize measurable outcomes from their investments.
- Guide customers through security modernization initiatives, including identity, data protection, threat protection, cloud security, security operations, and AI-powered security solutions.
- Lead resolution of complex technical and business challenges, removing blockers and coordinating resources across Microsoft and customer teams.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer success by aligning security investments to business priorities, compliance requirements, and risk management objectives.
