تعلن شركة Microsoft عن وظيفة مدير برامج البيئات الحرجة (CE Program Manager) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية، ضمن فريق Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) المسؤول عن تشغيل البنية التحتية الأساسية لخدمات Microsoft السحابية مثل Azure وOffice 365 وBing.

يعمل مدير برامج البيئات الحرجة (CEPM) على قيادة التوصيل الشامل للبرامج التشغيلية والهندسية عبر حرم مراكز بيانات Microsoft، مع ضمان عمليات بنية تحتية آمنة ومتوافقة وموثوقة. يشغل هذا الدور جسراً بين الهندسة والتشغيل والامتثال والقيادة، ويمتلك البرامج التي تؤثر مباشرة على توفر الخدمة وتقليل المخاطر والتميز التشغيلي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- امتلاك وتوصيل برامج CE الحرجة بما في ذلك: تقليل أعمال الإصلاح الطارئ (Break-Fix) وتحويلها إلى مشاريع، وتحسين أداء الصيانة الوقائية (PM)، وبرامج ترقية البنية التحتية ودورة حياتها (مثل المحولات، موثوقية الأنظمة).

- تحديد أولويات العمل بناءً على الأثر التجاري والتعرض للمخاطر وتوفر العميل.
- تقديم تحديثات واضحة ومنظمة للقيادة العليا ودفع المساءلة عبر الفرق من خلال الاجتماعات الدورية.
- إظهار الملكية الكاملة والمساءلة في توصيل البرامج، ودفع ثقافة التحسين المستمر واتخاذ القرارات المبنية على البيانات والتعاون بين الفرق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية أو خبرة مثبتة مماثلة في العمل على بنى تحتية للبيئات الحرجة.
- اجتياز فحص الخلفية الأمنية لـ Microsoft Cloud Background Check عند التوظيف وكل سنتين بعد ذلك.
- يفضل: خبرة في البنى التحتية للبيئات الحرجة (مثل UPS, Generator, AHU) أو العمل في البنى التحتية لتقنية المعلومات (مثل الخوادم، شبكات التخزين، الشبكات، السعة، رفوف/حاويات مراكز البيانات، التوصيل الهيكلي).
- يفضل: درجة تقنية في علوم الحاسب، الرياضيات، الاتصالات، الهندسة الكهربائية/الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل: شهادات مثل ASICS/Inventory Control, CompTIA, Microsoft, Network Certifications, PMP, ITIL, CDCP.
- يفضل: خبرة في تشغيل أنظمة التبريد والكهرباء والميكانيكا والسلامة الحياتية للمباني.

Program Ownership & Delivery
Own And Deliver Critical CE Programs Including
- Break-Fix (BF) reduction and conversion into projects
- Preventative Maintenance (PM) performance improvement
- Infrastructure upgrade and lifecycle programs (e.g. transformers, systems reliability)
- Drive program execution from initiation → prioritization → execution → closure, ensuring measurable outcomes
- Maintain clear ownership and accountability across all program deliverables
Track And Improve Key KPIs Including
- Availability / SEV reduction
- Break-fix backlog and TTR
- PM compliance and execution quality
- Build and own performance dashboards, data insights, and action plans
- Risks, issues, and improvement actions
- Performance gaps and recovery strategies
- Drive compliance with Microsoft standards (DCOS, ISO, audit requirements)
- Own risk registers and mitigation tracking across programs
- Ensure all work aligns with:
- MOP/SOP standards
- Change management (RFC/CAB processes)
- Partner with engineering and operations to close audit gaps and compliance issues
Collaborate Across
- CE Operations Managers (CEOMs)
- Electrical & Mechanical Engineers
- Vendors and external partners
- Regional and global program teams
- Drive alignment on priorities, sequencing, and execution strategy

Required Qualifications:
- BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent proven experience working in Critical Environment infrastructures
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Experience in Critical Environment infrastructures (e.g., UPS, Generator, AHU) or working in physical IT infrastructures (e.g., Servers, SANs, Networking, Capacity, DC Rack/Enclosures, structured cabling).
- Technical College degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Applicable certifications: ASICS/Inventory Control, CompTIA, Microsoft, Network Certifications, PMP, ITIL, CDCP.
- Experience working with the operation of building cooling, electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems
- Experience with Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), Branch Circuit Monitoring (BCM), and Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Experience with project management or relevant certification/training in project management
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in applicable engineering field or mechanical or electrical trades
- Experience working on large scale projects.
