Overview

Microsoft's Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) team helps customers get the most value from Microsoft technologies and achieve their business goals.

As a Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM), you will work closely with strategic customers to support their cloud journey, drive adoption of Microsoft solutions, and help ensure successful outcomes. You will build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, coordinate resources across Microsoft and partner teams, and provide guidance to help customers maximize their investments.

This role offers an opportunity to grow your delivery management, customer engagement, and cloud expertise while working with leading enterprise customers across the industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and executive leaders.
• Drive adoption and value realization of Microsoft cloud solutions.
• Develop and execute customer success plans aligned to business objectives.
• Lead delivery programs and coordinate Microsoft and partner teams to achieve customer outcomes.
• Monitor customer health, identify risks, and provide strategic and technical guidance.
  
  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solution Delivery, Consulting, Program Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and cloud technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solution Delivery, Consulting, or Program Management.
• 5+ years of experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, or equivalent cloud certifications.
• ITIL, PMP, Prosci, or similar professional certifications.
