يتيح برنامج التدريب لخريجي الجامعات فرصة اكتساب خبرة عملية في بيئة رعاية صحية ديناميكية تركز على رفع الوعي بالأمراض وتحسين مسار المريض وتسريع وقت التشخيص. سيدعم المتدربون مبادرات تعزز التواصل مع الجهات المعنية وتوليد الرؤى، والمساهمة في مشاريع تهدف إلى تحسين التعرف المبكر على الأمراض والإحالة في الوقت المناسب، مع بناء أساس قوي من خلال التعلم المنظم والتوجيه والمشاريع الواقعية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم مبادرات ومشاريع رفع الوعي بالأمراض التي تهدف إلى تحسين التعرف المبكر على الأمراض وتقليل التأخير في التشخيص.
  • المساعدة في جمع وتحليل وإعداد تقارير الرؤى المتعلقة بمسارات المرضى وأنماط الإحالة والتواصل مع الجهات الصحية المعنية.
  • دعم الفريق في إعداد العروض التقديمية والتقارير والمواد التعليمية التي تساهم في تحقيق أهداف رفع الوعي بالأمراض.
  • الحفاظ على دقة بيانات المشاريع والجهات المعنية والأنشطة ضمن أنظمة الشركة.
  • المشاركة في اللقاءات ذات الصلة مع الجهات الصحية المعنية والمناقشات الداخلية ومراجعات الأعمال عند الاقتضاء.
  • التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات بما في ذلك الفرق الطبية وشؤون العلاقات العامة والوصول إلى السوق والتسويق والتجارة لدعم المبادرات التي تركز على المريض.
  • المساهمة في مشاريع تركز على تحديد العوائق التي تحول دون التشخيص وفرص تحسين وصول المريض إلى الرعاية المناسبة.
  • دعم المبادرات التي يكلف بها المدير المباشر مع ضمان الامتثال الكامل لسياسات نوفارتس والمعايير الأخلاقية واللوائح المحلية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • لا يُشترط خبرة عمل سابقة.
  • خبرة تدريبية سابقة أو أنشطة خارج المنهج أو مشاريع بحثية أو مبادرات جامعية في مجالات الرعاية الصحية أو علوم الحياة أو الصحة العامة أو المجالات ذات الصلة تُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تواصل وتعامل مع الآخرين قوية.
  • قدرات تحليلية وحل المشكلات.
  • اهتمام بمجال الرعاية الصحية ومسارات المرضى ومبادرات رفع الوعي بالأمراض.

Summary

The Internship Program offers fresh graduates' students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic healthcare environment focused on disease awareness, patient journey optimization, and accelerating time to diagnosis. Interns will support initiatives that enhance stakeholder engagement, generate insights, and contribute to projects aimed at improving disease recognition and timely patient referral, while building a strong foundation through structured learning, coaching, and real-world projects.

About The Role

Major Accountabilities

  • Support disease awareness initiatives and projects that aim to improve early disease recognition and reduce delays in diagnosis.
  • Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting insights related to patient pathways, referral patterns, and healthcare stakeholder engagement.
  • Support the team in developing presentations, reports, and educational materials that contribute to disease awareness objectives.
  • Maintain accurate project, stakeholder, and activity data within company systems.
  • Participate in relevant healthcare stakeholder engagements, internal discussions, and business reviews where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical, Public Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, and Commercial functions to support patient-focused initiatives.
  • Contribute to projects focused on identifying barriers to diagnosis and opportunities to enhance patient access to appropriate care.
  • Support initiatives assigned by the line manager while ensuring full compliance with Novartis policies, ethical standards, and local regulations.

Minimum Requirements

Work Experience

  • No prior work experience required.
  • Internship experience, extracurricular activities, research projects, or university initiatives in healthcare, life sciences, public health, or related fields are an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Interest in healthcare, patient journeys, and disease awareness initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
