Key Responsibilities
Emergency Medical Response
- Provide immediate first aid, emergency medical treatment, and stabilization for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Assess medical incidents and determine the appropriate level of care and escalation.
- Coordinate ambulance services and facilitate transfer to hospitals or emergency facilities when required.
- Respond promptly to workplace accidents, injuries, illnesses, and medical emergencies.
Occupational Health Support
- Conduct routine health assessments and monitor employee fitness for duty where applicable.
- Maintain medical records and incident reports in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Monitor and maintain site clinic readiness and medical inventory.
Administration & Compliance
- Ensure all medical equipment, emergency kits, AEDs, and supplies are functional and adequately stocked.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly medical activity reports.
- Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations, company policies, and construction safety standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Paramedicine, Emergency Medical Services, or related healthcare field.
- Valid Paramedic license/certification as required by local regulatory authorities.
Experience
- 1-5 years of experience as a Paramedic, preferably in construction, industrial, oil & gas, or large project environments.
