المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة وقيادة المناوبة المسؤولة عن جميع جوانب التشغيل، التحضير (الخلط)، التعبئة، التغليف، وغسل الحاويات
- إدخال بيانات الإنتاج بدقة في نظام إدارة المستودعات
- الإبلاغ عن التلفيات والتناقضات لأغراض المحاسبة وحفظ السجلات
- التوصية وتنفيذ وتعزيز التدابير لتحسين إنتاجية القسم وكفاءته (OEE, OPE)، جودة المنتج، والأساليب وظروف العمل لتقليل وقت التوقف
- اتباع مبادئ TPM والتحسين المستمر
- التواصل بشكل استباقي مع احتياجات الصيانة، مشكلات الجودة، أو غيرها من المواقف التي تؤثر على السلامة أو الجودة أو الإنتاجية إلى القائد الوظيفي/القسمي المناسب
- المساعدة في تدريب زملاء الفريق
- الحفاظ على بيئة عمل نظيفة وآمنة، وحسن التدبير المنزلي لجميع المصنع مع الخلاطات
- أداء مهام أخرى حسب التكليف
- إكمال الجرد الدوري بانتظام وإدارة المخزون لقسم الإنتاج
- الحفاظ على المعدات في حالة جيدة (التنظيف، الاختبار، الفحص)
- اتباع والالتزام بإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) للسلامة والتشغيل والممارسة الجيدة في العمل اليومي
- مهام SAP: فتح وإغلاق أوامر الإنتاج وطباعة الملصقات بشكل صحيح وفي الوقت المناسب
- تسليم المناوبة بشكل مناسب
- إدارة وقيادة المناوبة بشكل مثالي وآمن والالتزام بخطة الإنتاج
- مراجعة تعليمات التحضير (الخلط) والتعبئة والتغليف في بداية تشغيل الخطوط
- التأكد من توفر المواد الخام ومواد التغليف الصحيحة
- ضمان تنفيذ جميع العمليات على الخطوط، بما في ذلك تحميل الخطوط بالحاويات الفارغة، وضع العلامات، التحضير (الخلط)، التعبئة، وضع الأغطية، توليد الباركود، أخذ العينات، الحفاظ على المنطقة نظيفة ومنظمة، والأنشطة الأخرى ذات الصلة

Ecolab, the leading global developer of premium cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance products and services for the hospitality, institutional and industrial markets is seeking a Sr Production Specialist who will manage and lead the shift which is responsible for all aspects of operating, preparing (mixing), filling, packaging, and tote washing. Incumbents in this position should have the ability to perform any of the tasks within the production department, with the exception of material handling, mixing and bulk receiving/shipping.

- Completes cycle counts regularly and manages inventory for the Production department
- Keep the equipment in good condition ( cleaning, testing, inspection)
- Follow and adhere to the operation and Safety SOP's and good practice on daily operation
- SAP tasks open-closing process orders and print labels correctly and timely
- Proper shift handover
- Manage and lead the shift perfectly and safely and adhere with the production plan
- Reviews preparation (mixing), filling, and packaging instructions at beginning of line runs.
- Ensures that the correct raw and packaging materials are available.
- Ensure performing all operations on the lines, including loading lines with empty containers, labeling, preparation (mixing), filling, capping, bar coder generation, taking samples, keeping area clean and organized and other related activities.
- Actively participate in Kaizens, 5S, TPM, Loss Analysis and special projects
- Completes and documents activities that measure quality and productivity in an accurate and timely manner. This could include taking weights and performing basic quality tests. Enters results on paper or in computer (example; Process Order, CIL, Cleaning Logbook)
- Follow and adhere to Safety, quality and production related Work Instruction, Memo’s, and SOP.
- Assists with line changeover, including the collection of wash water.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Three years of previous experience in Chemical plant or warehouse
- Two years of previous experience with Reaction chemistry
- Basic English language, reading and writing.
- Outlook experience
- Ability to use basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division of whole numbers, fractions, percentages, and decimals.
- Forklift Driving
- No immigration sponsorship available for this role
- Ability to meet physical requirements of position.
- Must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam
- Experience with SAP
- Experience on SCADA
- Have basic skills to operate and maintain the equipment of packaging, filling and mixing
- Based on a familiarity with packaging, filling, mixing equipment and working environment
- Good time-management, strong attention to detail, good communicator and a team member
- Ability to complete training and master skills that are required by position (including but not limited to Hazardous Material Safety and DOT training)
- Ability to understand and track safety, quality and productivity data, including run rates, fill weights, and averages
- Experience with Total Production Management (TPM) & Continuous Improvement Systems
