إيكولاب (Ecolab) تعلن عن فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب مدير أول هندسي (Senior Engineer Manager) في المنطقة الشرقية، الدمام، المملكة العربية السعودية. هذه الوظيفة القيادية مسؤولة عن الإشراف على الجوانب التقنية والتشغيلية لأنظمة الجرعات في البيئات الصناعية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- معرفة شاملة بالهندسة الميكانيكية لأنظمة الجرعات المختلفة للغلايات وأبراج التبريد وقبل وبعد العمليات، مع المعرفة الأساسية بالكهرباء والأجهزة وتركيب المعدات وتشغيلها ميدانياً.
- تقديم الدعم الفني اللازم لمهندسي المبيعات والتطبيقات.
- المسؤولية عن قيادة التصميم والتفصيل من مرحلة ما قبل الطلب وحتى إتمام مشاريع التغذية والجرعات التابعة له.
- تحديد الأولويات للفريق لضمان التخصيص الصحيح للموارد وتسليم المشاريع.
- تصميم وضمان التنفيذ السلس لخطط الصيانة الوقائية للمعدات المثبتة ضمن نطاقه.
- إدارة أنشطة استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها للمعدات في مواقع العملاء.
- المعرفة بعملية المصنع الشاملة (كيميائية/تشغيلية) ومعايير المخرجات وفلسفة التشغيل أمر ضروري.
- القدرة على قراءة وفهم الرسومات والأدلة والتنفيذ وفقاً لذلك.
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل وإعداد التقارير، وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين تحت الضغط.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونيات والاتصالات أو الميكاترونكس.
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية أمر إلزامي.
- خبرة من 12 إلى 15 سنة في قطاع معدات الجرعات.
- خمس سنوات على الأقل من الخبرة في القطاع الصناعي.
- خبرة في التركيبات الكهربائية والميكانيكية وأنشطة استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
- خبرة قيادية في إدارة فرق متعددة الثقافات عبر مناطق جغرافية.
- يفضل خبرة في شركة متعددة الجنسيات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة للتعامل مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين.
- القدرة على بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء الداخليين والخارجيين.
- مستوى عالٍ من الذكاء العاطفي.
- القدرة على الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية الممتدة في منطقة جغرافية كبيرة (الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا).
- الالتزام والحماس تجاه الدور المناط به.
- الديناميكية والودودية والقدرة على العمل في بيئة متعددة الجنسيات.
- الاستعداد للسفر حسب متطلبات الشركة أو المشروع.

Sr Engineer Manager is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing the technical and operational aspects of dosing systems within industrial environments. This role demands a strong background in engineering, particularly in electrical, electronics, or mechatronics, coupled with extensive experience in the dosing equipment sector. The manager not only guides the installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning of complex mechanical and electrical systems but also provides essential technical support to sales and application engineers. In addition to their technical expertise, the manager demonstrates proven leadership skills, effectively managing multicultural teams across various geographies and ensuring successful project delivery from pre-order to completion.

Job Duties
- Thorough knowledge in Mechanical engineering of various Dosing systems for Boiler, Cooling tower and up & down stream & also should possess basic knowledge in E&I, Equipment installation & Commissioning at filed.
- Provide the required technical support to the sales and application engineers.
- Will be responsible to drive the Designing & Detailing from pre-order to completion of feed & dose Projects under his responsibility.
- Will define priorities for the team to ensure right allocation of resources and project delivery
- Design and ensure seamless execution of the preventive maintenance plans for the installed equipment under his scope.
- Manage the troubleshooting activities of our equipment’s at customer sites.
- Knowledge in overall plant process (Chemical/operation) output criteria/standards and operation philosophy is must.
- Should be able to read/understand drawings/ Manuals and execute accordingly.
- Good communication, reporting skill is must. Able to manage internal and external stakeholders under pressure.
- Engineering degree in Electrical engineering OR electronics and communication OR mechatronics.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with internal and external customers.
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Ability to meet stretch timelines in a large geography (MEA)
- 12-15 years of experience in dosing equipment sector.
- At least five years’ experience in -industrial sector.
- Experience in electrical and mechanical installation and troubleshooting activities.
- Leadership experience managing multicultural teams across geographies.
- Preferably experience in a multination company
- Dedicated and passionate about the role they undertake.
- Dynamic, friendly and comfortable working in a matrix multinational environment.
- Willingness to travel as per the requirement by company/ Project.
