المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتطوير قدرات إدارة البيانات مثل حوكمة البيانات، إدارة البيانات الوصفية، إدارة جودة البيانات، إدارة البيانات المرجعية والرئيسية، هندسة البيانات، أو البيانات المفتوحة.
- إعداد القطع الأثرية لإدارة البيانات مثل نماذج تشغيل حوكمة البيانات، سياسات البيانات، معايير البيانات، عمليات البيانات، فهارس البيانات، قواميس الأعمال، أو نماذج البيانات بما يتوافق مع متطلبات العملاء.
- تنفيذ القطع الأثرية على أدوات ومنصات إدارة البيانات الرائدة مثل Informatica, Oracle, IBM, أو مزودي الخدمات السحابية (AWS, Azure, إلخ).
- التعاون مع المهندسين المعماريين وعلماء البيانات ومهندسي البيانات وأصحاب المصلحة لفهم المتطلبات وترجمتها إلى حلول تقنية.
- تحليل نتائج بيانات العملاء وتحويلها إلى رؤى ذات قيمة.
- حل المشكلات المعقدة بطرق مبتكرة وإلهام الآخرين.
- إنتاج مخرجات عالية الجودة والعمل مع الفريق لتقديم تجربة عملاء متميزة.
- فهم كيفية عمل وظائف الأعمال وتأثير اتجاهات القطاع على أعمال العميل.
- تحديد فرص تحسين كفاءة وفعالية العمليات الرئيسية داخل وظيفة الأعمال.
- الحفاظ على رباطة الجأش في حالات النزاع وتصعيد القضايا عند الاقتضاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في علوم الحاسب، الرياضيات، أو تخصص علمي آخر.
- 3-6 سنوات خبرة عملية في تصميم 3 قدرات على الأقل من قدرات إدارة البيانات (حوكمة البيانات، إدارة البيانات الوصفية، إدارة جودة البيانات، إدارة البيانات المرجعية والرئيسية، هندسة البيانات، أو البيانات المفتوحة).
- إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.
- القدرة على التعامل مع مهام متعددة ومسؤوليات في بيئة تتطلب الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية ومرونة في ساعات العمل.
- الاستعداد للسفر عبر دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (50-75% من الوقت).
- خبرة في حوكمة البيانات وإدارة البيانات.
- خبرة في تطوير سياسات حوكمة البيانات وعمليات ونموذج التشغيل (يفضل).
- المعرفة بأطر DAMA وNDMO.
- خبرة في تنفيذ إدارة البيانات مثل جودة البيانات وهندسة البيانات (يفضل).
- خبرة في شركات استشارية رائدة أو شركات تكامل أنظمة عالمية (ميزة إضافية).
- إتقان اللغة العربية (ميزة إضافية).
- شهادة مهنية في DAMA, DCAM, CDMP أو CMMI's DMM (ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة في تصميم هندسة البيانات مثل خطوط أنابيب هندسة البيانات وأطر ETL ونماذج البيانات الفعلية (الأبعاد والعلائقية) وتنسيق خطوط الأنابيب (ميزة إضافية).
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة تفصيلية مثبتة بمعيار صناعي واحد على الأقل لإدارة البيانات مثل DAMA, DCAM, CDMP, CMMI's DMM أو NDMO.
- خبرة عملية في تصميم 3 قدرات على الأقل من قدرات إدارة البيانات (حوكمة البيانات، إدارة البيانات الوصفية، إدارة جودة البيانات، إدارة البيانات المرجعية والرئيسية، هندسة البيانات، أو البيانات المفتوحة).
- خبرة عملية في تطوير القطع الأثرية لإدارة البيانات (نماذج تشغيل حوكمة البيانات، سياسات البيانات، معايير البيانات، عمليات البيانات، فهارس البيانات، قواميس الأعمال، أو نماذج البيانات).

- Proven detailed knowledge of at least one industry standard for data management such as DAMA, DCAM, CDMP, CMMI’s DMM or NDMO.
- Hands-on experience in designing at least 3 data management capabilities such as data governance, metadata management, data quality management, reference & master data management, data architecture or open data.
- Hands-on proven experience in developing key data management artefacts such as data governance operating models, data policies, data standards, data processes, data catalogues, business glossaries, data dictionaries or data models tailored to clients’ specific requirements.
- Hands-on proven experience in implementing key data artefacts on at least one of the leading data management tools and Platforms such as Informatica, Oracle, IBM, or any other cloud hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Ability to collaborate with architects, data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in designing at least 3 data management capabilities such as data governance, metadata management, data quality management, reference & master data management, data architecture or open data.
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Ability to handle multiple task and responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment and flexible work hours
- Willingness to travel across GCC region (50-75% of time)
- Experienced in Data Governance and Data Management
- Experienced in the development of Data Governance Policies, Processes & Operating Model (Preferred)
- Knowledgeable of DAMA and NDMO framework
- Experience in Data Management Implementation: e.g. Data Quality, Data Engineering (Preferred)
- Experience in Leading Consulting Firms or in Global System Integrators is a plus.
- Arabic language is a plus.
- Professional Certification in DAMA, DCAM, CDMP or CMMI’s DMM is a plus
- Data Engineering design experience is a plus i.e. designing data engineering pipelines, ETL frameworks, physical data models (dimensional and relational), data pipeline orchestration and other data engineering related activities as per technical capabilities on the previous section.
