تسعى شركة IBES Technologies إلى توظيف Senior BMS Engineer للعمل في الرياض، السعودية، لقيادة التصميم التقني والتنفيذ والتشغيل لأنظمة إدارة المباني (BMS) مع التركيز على مشاريع مراكز البيانات والأنظمة الذكية الموفرة للطاقة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم بنى BMS قوية وقابلة للتوسع وفقاً لمتطلبات العملاء، بما في ذلك قوائم نقاط الإدخال/الإخراج التفصيلية والمخططات الشبكية واختيار وحدات التحكم.
  • تطوير استراتيجيات تحكم متقدمة لأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC) وإدارة الطاقة والتكامل مع الأنظمة الخارجية.
  • تهيئة وبرمجة وتشغيل أجهزة وبرامج Delta Controls BMS لضمان الأداء الأمثل والامتثال لمواصفات التصميم.
  • إجراء المعاينات الميدانية والإشراف على التركيبات وإجراء اختبارات النظام والتحقق من صحته.
  • دمج BMS مع الأنظمة الأخرى باستخدام بروتوكولات BACnet وModbus وغيرها من البروتوكولات ذات الصلة.
  • تشخيص وحل المشكلات المعقدة أثناء مرحلة التركيب وما بعد التشغيل.
  • إعداد الوثائق الفنية بما في ذلك سرديات التحكم ومخططات الأسلاك وتقارير التشغيل.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لتكوينات النظام والتغييرات.
  • التعاون مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان التوافق مع المتطلبات الفنية.
  • تقديم التدريب والدعم لمشغلي المرافق وفرق الصيانة.
  • دعم المهندسين والفنيين المبتدئين من خلال التوجيه ومراجعة الكود والتدريب الفني.
  • العمل عن كثب مع مديري المشاريع والإدارات الأخرى لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بنجاح.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في أنظمة الأتمتة والتحكم في المباني.
  • معرفة قوية بأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC) وإدارة الطاقة وبروتوكولات أتمتة المباني.
  • خبرة مثبتة في تشغيل واكتشاف الأخطاء وتحسين أداء BMS في المرافق الحيوية للعمليات.
  • الإلمام ببرامج AutoCAD وVisio ومعايير توثيق BMS.
  • مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
  • قدرات تواصل قوية وعقلية استباقية موجهة نحو العمل الجماعي.
  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوب.
  • الشهادات الإضافية في BMS أو HVAC أو أنظمة الطاقة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior BMS Engineer to lead the technical design, implementation, and commissioning of BMS solutions. This role demands deep technical expertise in building automation and a passion for engineering excellence. You will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering smart, energy-optimized systems across high-impact projects, particularly in data center environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design robust and scalable BMS architectures tailored to client requirements, including detailed I/O point lists, network schematics, and controller selection.
  • Develop advanced control strategies for HVAC, energy management, and integration with third-party systems.
  • Configure, program, and commission Delta Controls BMS hardware and software, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with design specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections, supervise installations, and perform system testing and validation.
  • Integrate BMS with other systems using BACnet, Modbus, and other relevant protocols.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex system issues during installation and post-deployment phases.
  • Prepare technical documentation including control narratives, wiring diagrams, and commissioning reports.

  • Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical requirements.
  • Provide training and support to facility operators and maintenance teams.
  • Support junior engineers and technicians through guidance, code review, and technical training.
  • Work closely with project managers and other departments to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with building automation and control systems
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, energy management, and building automation protocols.
  • Proven experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimizing BMS in mission-critical facilities
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Visio, and BMS documentation standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication abilities and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Additional certifications in BMS, HVAC, or energy systems are a plus.
