نبذة عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن مهندس برمجيات أول ذو مهارات تقنية عالية وشغف بالأتمتة والأطر الحديثة وتكاملات الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي المتقدمة. سيعمل المرشح الناجح على تصميم وبناء ونشر حلول قابلة للتطوير تعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي في بيئة ديناميكية ومبتكرة. انضم إلى منظمة ذكاء اصطناعي متطورة وكن جزءًا من مشاريع رائدة تؤثر على القرارات المعمارية وتساهم في تشكيل الجيل القادم من الأنظمة المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم وتطوير ونشر أنظمة الواجهة الخلفية والأمامية باستخدام أطر عمل حديثة (React, Next.js, Node.js, FastAPI وغيرها).
  • بناء RESTful APIs وتحسين أداء قاعدة البيانات لتحقيق قابلية التوسع والموثوقية.
  • تطوير سير عمل أتمتة باستخدام Power Automate أو Zapier أو n8n لتحسين الكفاءة وتدفق البيانات.
  • دمج واجهات برمجة تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock) في الحلول الإنتاجية.
  • تنفيذ تحسينات LLM بما في ذلك خطوط أنابيب RAG وتحسين السياق وتقييم النماذج.
  • إدارة خطوط أنابيب CI/CD والنشر المحتوي باستخدام Docker.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو هندسة البرمجيات أو تخصص ذي صلة (يفضل).
  • 3+ سنوات من الخبرة العملية في تطوير الواجهة الخلفية أو التطوير الكامل.
  • خبرة قوية في أطر العمل الحديثة (React, Next.js, Node.js, Python أو .NET).
  • إتقان تصميم RESTful API وتحسين استعلامات قاعدة البيانات (SQL/NoSQL).
  • خبرة عملية في Power Automate أو Zapier أو n8n لأتمتة العمليات.
  • الإلمام بواجهات برمجة تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, Vertex, Bedrock).
  • معرفة بتحسين RAG وضغط السياق وتشغيل LLMs محليًا.
  • خبرة في Docker و Kubernetes وخطوط أنابيب CI/CD.
  • مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية مع الاهتمام بقابلية التوسع والصيانة.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join its AI Division. This position is ideal for a technically strong developer passionate about automation, modern frameworks, and advanced Generative AI integrations. The successful candidate will work on designing, building, and deploying scalable, AI-driven solutions within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy backend and frontend systems using modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Node.js, FastAPI, etc.).
  • Build RESTful APIs and optimize database performance for scalability and reliability.
  • Develop automation workflows using Power Automate, Zapier, or n8n to improve efficiency and data flow.
  • Integrate Generative AI APIs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock) into production solutions.
  • Implement LLM optimizations including RAG pipelines, context optimization, and model evaluation.
  • Configure local and cloud-based environments for LLM hosting and fine-tuning.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend or full-stack development.
  • Strong experience with modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, or .NET).
  • Proficiency with RESTful API design and database query optimization (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Practical experience with Power Automate, Zapier, or n8n for process automation.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI APIs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, Vertex, Bedrock).
  • Knowledge of RAG optimization, context compression, and running LLMs locally.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to scalability and maintainability.
