About the Company

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior MEP Site Supervisor to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supervising MEP infrastructure projects, ensuring that mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works are executed in accordance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule objectives.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the execution of MEP infrastructure works on-site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, contract requirements, and project schedules. The role requires strong technical expertise, effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and the ability to resolve construction-related issues to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of MEP infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor daily site activities and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical documentation before construction.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship complies with project specifications, applicable codes, and international standards.
• Monitor construction progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions to maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, architectural, and utility teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP infrastructure works.
• Ensure proper installation of water supply, sewerage, stormwater drainage, irrigation, firefighting, electrical distribution, street lighting, telecommunications, and utility network systems.
• Inspect completed works, prepare snag and punch lists, and verify timely rectification of defects.
• Attend progress meetings, technical coordination meetings, and client inspections, providing technical support and project updates.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements throughout construction activities.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspections, and final acceptance of MEP infrastructure systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports, inspection records, and progress documentation.
• Support the Project Manager and Resident Engineer in achieving successful project delivery while maintaining quality, safety, and contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in MEP infrastructure site supervision.
• Proven experience supervising infrastructure projects such as roads, utilities, water networks, sewerage systems, stormwater drainage, electrical distribution, street lighting, irrigation, and utility corridors.
• Previous experience on large-scale infrastructure or mixed-use development projects.
• Strong knowledge of international engineering standards, local regulations, and construction best practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management/reporting software.
